They came when they said they would, with no waiting. They said they would be at my home between 2 and 4 pm. Usually with other companies that means a call at 3:59 and 30 seconds to announce that they will be late, causing uncertainty and frustration. But this guy came at exactly 2 pm. Bravo. Then I got what I was looking for: a tuneup on the big door and a fix on the small door with other options for the future articulated. OFten a repair guy will be put out but this guy stayed calm the whole time, able to multi task my oversight and conversation with his need to focus on the task at hand, without getting bristly, as so many repair people from Albuquerque do. I highly recommend this service, only $59 for a tuneup.

the service was professional, the employee was well informed of the problem, fixed it quickly and tested the repair a few times making sure it worked. The repair was setting the codes, the door opened but when it shut, it came right back up. would not stay closed. I'm very happy with the visit except I thought the price was a little high for what was wrong. But we needed to have it fixed. thank you and great job the Tech did.

I had contacted Precision Doors after seeing several recommendations from neighbors on the NextDoor app. I am so glad I did. From our estimate with Jeff Peres to our service with Mario Chosa, the entire experience was outstanding. I had a double garage door that needed to be replaced and an automatic opener installed on our single garage. The cost wasn't bad at all, and once Jeff met my boyfriend and found out he was a Veteran he gave us the Veteran Discount in the quote. Today our service appointment was at 1:00pm however just before noon I received a call from Mario asking if he could come early, because he was ready to work. They arrived within 20 minutes later. My boyfriend was highly impressed with Mario and the other technician helping, saying that they were friendly, fast, and informative and went above and beyond expectation. I received the before and after photos and can't wait to come home to my new and updated garage! Thank you so much!!

I am not so sure whether it was the owner himself, but it was years ago when my garage door malfunctioned, and he came over to trouble-shoot and fix it. Very good customer service. Appointment scheduled. Technician on time. Technician very polite but was pushing all the time to replace the whole garage door opener instead of trying to fix mine’s. Tech told me they didn’t have parts to fix my opener. He didn’t even check what was really bad with my opener. Motor, board?? He pointed as an sprocket and I proved to him there was nothing wrong with sprocket and switch mechanism. New Installation was quick but I called for a repair, I was expecting a technician to troubleshoot , determine root cause and propose a repair. BTW, I was not in a hurry for a repair, I could easily wait for a part if needed. I am extremely disappointed that they just wanted to replace the whole thing and of course charge me a lot of money. Please be really careful when you call for a service repair.

Tyler installed insulation and weather strip on my west facing double garage door. The product is locally made. Sections of insulation were fitted to each segment of the door and new weather strip all around. He also adjusted springs, lubricated the door and adjusted the door fit to eliminate gaps. The work was prompt, clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Precision door was very easy to work with. Fast estimate and work. Thank you.
