I had contacted Precision Doors after seeing several recommendations from neighbors on the NextDoor app. I am so glad I did. From our estimate with Jeff Peres to our service with Mario Chosa, the entire experience was outstanding. I had a double garage door that needed to be replaced and an automatic opener installed on our single garage. The cost wasn't bad at all, and once Jeff met my boyfriend and found out he was a Veteran he gave us the Veteran Discount in the quote. Today our service appointment was at 1:00pm however just before noon I received a call from Mario asking if he could come early, because he was ready to work. They arrived within 20 minutes later. My boyfriend was highly impressed with Mario and the other technician helping, saying that they were friendly, fast, and informative and went above and beyond expectation. I received the before and after photos and can't wait to come home to my new and updated garage! Thank you so much!!

I used Precision Doors' product and service in the past, and I plan to use their service again to replace old garage doors at my new home. I am not so sure whether it was the owner himself, but it was years ago when my garage door malfunctioned, and he came over to trouble-shoot and fix it. Despite the time he spent, he declined to charge for his visit. Since then, I have been using this company. Trust-worthy people and service.

When the spring broke on one of my garage doors, I decided it was time to have the old openers replaced at the same time. The Precision rep called me within 30 minutes of my online inquiry, answered my questions and scheduled an appointment. Corey showed up on time, provided quotes and options and finished everything in one trip. I found him to be professional, personable and thorough. I would absolutely recommend Precision. Precision installed our garage door 3 years ago. One of the end garage door rollers broke off and left the corner of the garage door hanging down. I called Precision and technician Jeffrey came out within an hour and got it fixed, what great service! :)

Very good customer service. Appointment scheduled. Technician on time. Technician very polite but was pushing all the time to replace the whole garage door opener instead of trying to fix mine’s. Tech told me they didn’t have parts to fix my opener. He didn’t even check what was really bad with my opener. Motor, board?? He pointed as an sprocket and I proved to him there was nothing wrong with sprocket and switch mechanism. New Installation was quick but I called for a repair, I was expecting a technician to troubleshoot , determine root cause and propose a repair. BTW, I was not in a hurry for a repair, I could easily wait for a part if needed. I am extremely disappointed that they just wanted to replace the whole thing and of course charge me a lot of money. Please be really careful when you call for a service repair.

Tyler installed insulation and weather strip on my west facing double garage door. The product is locally made. Sections of insulation were fitted to each segment of the door and new weather strip all around. He also adjusted springs, lubricated the door and adjusted the door fit to eliminate gaps. The work was prompt, clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Precision door was very easy to work with. Fast estimate and work. Thank you.

Watched videos from utube, went to the internet, watched Videos, saw you ads, on you web site watched your videos...Liked what I saw!!! Ok...Tyler was Awesome, allowed me time to explain and discuss what was needed. After his inspection he gave me several options, and a way to pay easy for me!!! Didn’t take him long to do the inspection, replaced more than springs...basically over haul of the door n working assembly!! Fast fast fast! Really amazed what a nice, clean thorough job!!! Tony did an excellent job. He was professional and a cool dude. I had sent Precision a email on a Saturday and was called that night and PDC set up an appointment for the next day. When Tony arrived I was expecting just a quote but he did the install that day which was a bonus. An hour and a half install and he was able to install a door opener I had already bought another bonus. Anyone I know that has a garage door/opener problem I'm going to refer Precision. Thanks.

the service was professional, the employee was well informed of the problem, fixed it quickly and tested the repair a few times making sure it worked. The repair was setting the codes, the door opened but when it shut, it came right back up. would not stay closed. I'm very happy with the visit except I thought the price was a little high for what was wrong. But we needed to have it fixed. thank you and great job the Tech did.
