Based on a great experience with Precision at previous house we asked them to come to see our current doors which we expected to replace. Kevin felt the doors were fine but recommended repairs to springs, rollers and new openers. Still a big expense but I appreciated there was no up-sell. He was very personable and helpful and got the work done professionally then and there in about 3 hours. Two problems. Dirty fingerprints were left on everything! The doors still had more snap crackle pop than I would have hoped but I have to admit they are 12 year old doors and tracks. But I think a little more attention to adjustments might have helped.

Kevin sent me a text confirming he was on his way and showed up as promised. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a quote and got to work. He offered to move my awkwardly placed wall switch which was most helpful and also installed an outside opener panel which will be so handy. His work was great and I’m very glad to do business with Precision. Each of the techs I’ve worked with were well trained and very pleasant. It was also fast to get an appointment. I’m very satisfied.

Short story...... Garage door broke so we called one of the national brand name companies. Tech came out and for two hours was unable to identify or fix the problem. Called Precision Door Service. Tyler came out later that same day and within 30 minutes, identified the problem and had the necessary parts to expertly fix it. Doesn’t get any better than that. I’m a fan for life.

I am very pleased with the techs. that came to my home to service the door, very knowledgeable and respectful. The tech in charge I believe his last name is Perez was here last year servicing the door very nice man. He right away showed me where the problem was worn springs needed to replace rollers from plastic to metal, and that solved the issues. thank you for your service.

Very professional and quick service. Also a plus when we bought the lifetime warranty that if we decide to sell our home it could be transferred over to the next home owners. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Thanks again!

Had a problem with one of my garage doors opening by itself. Thought it was frequencies from nearby constructing vehicles radio. Gil Sebastian arrived within two hours of my call, ascertained the problem, recommended a resolution and while the repairs were more than I was hoping to spend the problem and some potential problems are now fixed and I have peace of mind. Very satisfied with. The results, good company, great repairman.

Not happy repair guy showed up I opened my garage he heard the squeaking and said it was from the rollers and we would need to replace them that was the only way to stop the squeaking. The garage door did not squeak before the first repair man Cory was here last Friday he said everything was good no issues. To have it to start squeaking two days later. Door is still squeaking and I am not replacing the rollers when they are still in good work order

Great company to do business with- had to clear up a couple things and the owner (Gary) was very responsive. Cory was my "go to" guy and he was first class all the way. I had one complete garage door done and a motor on another house. Cory was AMAZING!

The old opener unit in my home was a Precision product, so when I needed service on my door a couple years ago (bottom seal), I called them, and I was very pleased with their work. When the opener finally died this year, I called them back again and had a new unit plus necessary parts installed. The service was prompt, as well as efficiently done; the service technician was professional and knew his product as well as how to do the job.

I tried to put new rollers on my old door myself. Bad idea. I searched on line and found Precision. I called and a very nice lady said they could get to me in about an hour. Gary was here a little before the time and got right to it. He assessed the situation and gave me 3 choices and level they would give. I made my choice and I was impressed at the job he did and the time he did it in. My door now works better than it ever has. I would recommend anyone needing service or wishing to replace their door give Precision a call and ask for Gary. He did a bang up job for me!

Jeff was on time, courteous and professional. He solved the problem with the door not completely opening. He explained all of the issues. The door was no longer in balance. He answered all of my questions about repairs, parts required and costs. He did not try to sell me anything or say that the repairs needed to be done today, only that the repairs would be required at some time. I trusted his judgement and assessment. Jeff changed Drums, Torsion Cables, Rollers, End Bearing Plate Set, Center Bearing Plate and Spring. Jeff was in and out within 45 minutes and I would recommend Jeff to anyone who needed his service
