Outstanding service. Came out the next day. Reviewed the situation and provided an estimate. One week later, they called ahead and arrived when stated. Keith and Mario were an outstanding, efficient and coordinated team. It one hour 45 minutes to take out old door, install new one with opener. Incredibly quiet. Eric Strauss recently endorsed them on KKOB radio as well. Precision earns its reputation.

I had a Precision door opener installed by Tyler last summer. After having issues with frequency recently, Tyler returned. Between him and Gary Lange, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Tyler has been extremely polite, punctual, and showed genuine care and professionalism in his work. He deserves recognition. I will say overall I’m pleased with the attention I was given by Tyler and by Gary. And I’m loving the new garage door opener

I called to setup an appointment and Jeff showed up the next day on time and he recommended a replacement garage door. The reason I chose Precision for my garage door needs is you came out at 10:30 at night when my garage door fell on all my belongings five years ago. No other business did that. It was the service of you coming out, not the cost. Two days later, you fixed the door by a new motor and all mechanics of the door plus a key pad.
