Our garage door technician (Jeff Peres) was very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous in his craft and very cordial. The work he did on our garage door opener and keypad installation was precise and neat. I guess that's why your company's name is "Precision" garage doors. (hee hee) Thank you for the exemplary service and peace of mind. Tony did an excellent job. He was professional and a cool dude. I had sent Precision a email on a Saturday and was called that night and PDC set up an appointment for the next day. When Tony arrived I was expecting just a quote but he did the install that day which was a bonus. An hour and a half install and he was able to install a door opener I had already bought another bonus. Anyone I know that has a garage door/opener problem I'm going to refer Precision. Thanks.

Outstanding service. Came out the next day. Reviewed the situation and provided an estimate. One week later, they called ahead and arrived when stated. Keith and Mario were an outstanding, efficient and coordinated team. It one hour 45 minutes to take out old door, install new one with opener. Incredibly quiet. Eric Strauss recently endorsed them on KKOB radio as well. Precision earns its reputation.

I had a Precision door opener installed by Tyler last summer. After having issues with frequency recently, Tyler returned. Between him and Gary Lange, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Tyler has been extremely polite, punctual, and showed genuine care and professionalism in his work. He deserves recognition. I called to setup an appointment and Jeff showed up the next day on time and he recommended a replacement garage door.
