Thank you for sending Jeff out to realign the garage door that Kevin installed. Your company stood behind your guarantee. The door now doesn't make the noise that started after a few days. The bottom weather stripping became twisted but Jeff realigned the braces for the tracks so the rollers moved together instead of slightly crooked. I wish that Jeff had been the original installer he seemed much more experienced than Kevin. But I'm sure that with time Kevin will become proficient too.

I was having my garage door opener replaced and noticed that the spring was broken. I found Precision on line and booked an appointment for the next morning. I'm glad I did. Corey, the technician, was absolutely AWESOME! Not only replaced the spring, but went over the workings of the door and proper maintenance. He even went over the installation of the new garage door opener that the Lowe's handyman had installed the day before and corrected a number of mistakes that had been made! Terrific service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Technician notified us when he had completed his previous job and was available earlier than the appointed time we had scheduled. He gave us a couple of purchase options to select from. Once I chose the unit I wanted, he installed it quickly and professionally, thoroughly cleaning up after he was done. He gave a good walk-thru on how the new unit worked and took the time to program the opener into our two cars' remote systems. Job well done! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

This past Friday I had the need to have my garage door repaired. I had used Precision Garage Doors to complete repairs in the past on a second home we own. I called Precision at 9AM on a Saturday and the technician named Tyler was dispatched to arrive between 10 and 12 noon. Tyler called requesting early arrival! I showed him the dilapidated mess of a 1980's garage door I needed fixed. Within 20 minutes Tyler had an estimate completed, stating that he could complete the job in 2 to 2 1/5 hours today including rehabbing the door, new opener, new rollers and new springs. Two hours later I now have a totally functioning unit. Tyler is a master craftsman. Thanks Tyler and Precision. Jim

Great service. Easy to call and schedule. Reasonable call out fee. They let you pick the best time for you and let you know when they're on the way. Jeff was friendly and fast. We did have to call them out a second time to fix an issue and the second experience lived up to expectation. They had no problems working with our home warranty company. I would recommend and/or use again.

We've had Precision techs out twice now - once for the main house and once for the workshop garage doors - and all of them have been very professional, knowledgable and polite. We had our garage door opener for the house repaired and when it needed a post-installation adjustment, we got that taken care of easily. We also had our workshop door completely replaced. It was a custom order for an odd size, but it looks great and I appreciated how quickly and smoothly the guys got it installed for me.
