Outstanding service. Came out the next day. Reviewed the situation and provided an estimate. One week later, they called ahead and arrived when stated. Keith and Mario were an outstanding, efficient and coordinated team. It one hour 45 minutes to take out old door, install new one with opener. Incredibly quiet. Eric Strauss recently endorsed them on KKOB radio as well. Precision earns its reputation.

I had a Precision door opener installed by Tyler last summer. After having issues with frequency recently, Tyler returned. Between him and Gary Lange, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Tyler has been extremely polite, punctual, and showed genuine care and professionalism in his work. He deserves recognition. I will say overall I’m pleased with the attention I was given by Tyler and by Gary. And I’m loving the new garage door opener

Tyler did a great job trouble shooting why the door opener would not close the door this morning. Very pleased with installation of material that closes the small gaps at bottom of closed door. Yes, five stars. Great job!

Wanted to have opener installed, but I can see now why it isn't possible with the door we have. Found your company on line. Tec was very helpful, explained everything and what it would take to have the desired opener, new door... rollup skin door not compatible

This is an excellent company that we have used previously to install a garage door opener. They offer prompt service and professional work. We have recommended Precision to several of our friends, and they have been very pleased with the results. In one situation, our friend's garage was fixed the same day that they called.

Great customer service from Jeff and Kevin! The whole process was pretty smooth and fast. I called to setup an appointment and Jeff showed up the next day on time and he recommended a replacement garage door. A couple of days later Kevin and Jeff showed up on time again and installed the door. I'm pretty happy with the result and the service. Definitely recommended!

Precision first repaired our old garage door when it broke in 2009 and we chose them to replace that door when it was beyond repair in 2020. Tony Acker, who explained our options and costs, was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They arrived on time and the same day we called. Kevin and Mario, who installed the door the very next day, were on time, professional, and again very responsive. I can wholeheartedly recommend Precision for garage door replacements or repairs. They're a great company!

We had a great experience with Jeffrey from Albuquerque. He helped us decide on a new garage door/upgraded. We have confidence in Precision products plus everything we've seen online on your website. Great information and especially liked being able to design our new door. Looking forward to a long lasting great relationship with your company. Thank you PS I did not have service performed; however I could not send this review without clicking on something.

The reason I chose Precision for my garage door needs is you came out at 10:30 at night when my garage door fell on all my belongings five years ago. No other business did that. It was the service of you coming out, not the cost. Two days later, you fixed the door by a new motor and all mechanics of the door plus a key pad. Because of the virus, the garage is clean and the door needed a tune-up because I can drive my car into the garage! Again, thank you! Tyler Amundson was great servicing the door! You will continue to have my business. See you in 3-5 years! Paula

Precision Garage door is one of the most respectable service companies I have ever worked with. They are competent, honest, efficient and well run. I have had multiple garage doors installed with them over the years and they are always reliable.

Tech was very friendly and professional, estimate to repair seemed very high. I ended up hiring another reputable company for a lot less.
