I was very pleased with the work done by Precision. I called around 9 am for service and the work was completed around 12:30 pm the same day. Lightning fast! I had door rollers replaced and a new door opener installed. Can't believe how quiet it is. Tony, the serviceman was polite and neat about his work including cleaning up all the packaging and old equipment. He also made sure that I had the app installed on my phone and knew how to use it. I would definitely recommend this company.

This is the second time we've had to call them out for a garage door emergency, and both times they provided quick and efficient same day service. Very fair pricing for parts and labor. Our door is about 35 years old and they have not tried to get us to replace it, they keep it working just fine with new parts and repairs. When we DO decide to replace it for any reason, we'll definitely call Precision!

Wow! My garage spring broke and I called first thing in the morning. Someone came out at noon (he was actually early!) and it was totally fixed by two and I was on my way. While the durability of the spring set that came with the originally installed door was less than wonderful, the service experience from Precision was exemplary. Their tech arrived early in the 8-10am cycle and sent a photo along with a bio to ensure he was bonafide. The repair solution, while it seemed pricey, was worth it, including a lifetime warranty. In and out in less than an hour. Good job!

Your technician, Tyler Amundson, rescued us on this Saturday afternoon. A garage door spring broke and, since both vehicles were inside the garage when it broke, we were essentially marooned - that 18 foot door is too heavy to lift w/o the aid of springs. So, Tyler came and replaced both springs, and gave us a complete door tune-up. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a great job and our garage door works perfectly. Thanks Tyler.

Called to schedule an appointment to have my existing garage door opener checked out. They sent Jeff out same day. He discovered that it needed to be replaced. He carries the units on his truck and was able to install it immediately. Fast worker, very pleasant and respectful. They are also going to replace a door panel for me. It does have to be ordered (special size) but that is ok. I would recommend this company anytime.

I was relatively pleased with the technician. He thought it might be the safety sensors so I asked him for a price. He said something in the neighborhood of 230.00 so I said to not do the replacement. I went to Lowes and found the same sensors for 40.00. Where do you get off charging 230.00 in addition to a service charge of 60.00 for a couple of cheap sensors. What a "deleted" rip-off. I won't be calling you again.
