Technician (Kevin) was right on time. He had called me earlier to see if he could come before my scheduled time but I had a previous commitment. That said, the effort to arrive early was appreciated. I had the 25 point service check performed and added new weather stripping on bottom of garage door. He had everything in is his truck to do the additional work and completed everything very quickly. Kevin was very prompt, courteous and professional. Well done.

Matt Papas did a great job. My system is an older one with vertical extension springs. Matt was able use his stock springs, added S hooks and installed them. The door opener was applying excessive force and he reasoned that it would be better to have the door be heaver to the system and put in lighter springs. The door appears to be working much better overall. Well done!

Called Precision for door repair because they installed the door 2 years ago and I was very happy with their service. I appreciate that they provide info re: the technician they are sending and that the tech calls when they are on their way. The garage door operator needed to be reset after the power to the house had been out for a few hours. Tyler was good to listen to my description of the issue and quickly had the issue solved. He also did a full inspection and tune up. When finished he reviewed his findings and the steps he took to insure that the door is functions optimally. The door is now running as quietly and smoothly as when it was new. I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision. Very prompt, professional and efficient. Thank You!

Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open. Reached out to Precision online. They scheduled an appointment that afternoon. The tech, Tyler, called to let us know he could come earlier if that was okay with us. Tyler was prompt, skilled, friendly, and very professional. Called because I wanted someone in Rio Rancho. Numerous options to choose from. I spoke with a polite call taker who set my appointment. Soon after my tech called and was able to get to my house early. He was great, very friendly, and explained everything.
