Shortly thereafter we had someone accidentally run into our garage door and so we gave Precision a call and they were very professional in assisting us with selecting a new replacement door. He was polite and professional. The garage door has not worked this well in several years. And so much quieter! I would certainly use Precision for any future repair/care for my garage door.

Great service. Easy to call and schedule. Reasonable call out fee. They let you pick the best time for you and let you know when they're on the way. Jeff was friendly and fast. We did have to call them out a second time to fix an issue and the second experience lived up to expectation. They had no problems working with our home warranty company. I would recommend and/or use again.

We've had Precision techs out twice now - once for the main house and once for the workshop garage doors - and all of them have been very professional, knowledgable and polite. We had our garage door opener for the house repaired and when it needed a post-installation adjustment, we got that taken care of easily. We also had our workshop door completely replaced. It was a custom order for an odd size, but it looks great and I appreciated how quickly and smoothly the guys got it installed for me.

We love our new garage door! Matt provided excellent service both with installation of the new opener and the new door. The new door is quiet, looks great, is much better insulated than our old one, and really adds to the appearance of our house. Thank you for and excellent product and excellent service!
