This past Friday I had the need to have my garage door repaired. I had used Precision Garage Doors to complete repairs in the past on a second home we own. When Tyler arrived, he was able to quickly assess the situation, gave me an estimate and proceeded to repair my garage door. Tyler was honest, efficient and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Precision to repair any garage door. Tyler in particular was and is exceptional.

I called Precision at 9AM on a Saturday and the technician named Tyler was dispatched to arrive between 10 and 12 noon. Tyler called requesting early arrival! I showed him the dilapidated mess of a 1980's garage door I needed fixed. Within 20 minutes Tyler had an estimate completed, stating that he could complete the job in 2 to 2 1/5 hours today including rehabbing the door, new opener, new rollers and new springs. Two hours later I now have a totally functioning unit. Tyler is a master craftsman. Thanks Tyler and Precision. Jim

We had been discussing replacing our garage door for awhile and so one of my wives clients recommended Precision. Shortly thereafter we had someone accidentally run into our garage door and so we gave Precision a call and they were very professional in assisting us with selecting a new replacement door. After having it delivered and installed we could not be happier and we just love it. :) :)

The employee who assisted with my garage door repairs did an excellent job. He explained the issues and the needed repairs clearly, and in language that I could understand. He was polite and professional. The garage door has not worked this well in several years. And so much quieter! I would certainly use Precision for any future repair/care for my garage door.

Great service. Easy to call and schedule. Reasonable call out fee. They let you pick the best time for you and let you know when they're on the way. Jeff was friendly and fast. We did have to call them out a second time to fix an issue and the second experience lived up to expectation. They had no problems working with our home warranty company. I would recommend and/or use again.

We've had Precision techs out twice now - once for the main house and once for the workshop garage doors - and all of them have been very professional, knowledgable and polite. We had our garage door opener for the house repaired and when it needed a post-installation adjustment, we got that taken care of easily. We also had our workshop door completely replaced. It was a custom order for an odd size, but it looks great and I appreciated how quickly and smoothly the guys got it installed for me.
