We were told between a certain time, Tyler was there, very efficient, cordial and friendly. We don't all know what is what that is why we call for service. He showed us what to do next time and was very patient with us. Asked what else he could do for us. Shook our hands with "Have a good day. Call us anytime."

Gary was able to come the very next morning from the time I called him and he showed up when he said he would. Although he's a man of few words, he fixed my door problem in a timely fashion. I am pleased with the job he did and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again if I have problems with any of my other units. :)

I had a remote that quit due to being worn out and called to get a replacement. The young lady that set up my appointment was extremely helpful and gave me an appointment the same afternoon. Tyler called in advance and arrived on the dot. In a half hour I had my new remote and it was programmed into my car. Both garage doors were checked, lubricated and tightened. Very happy with the service and price.

Fast Service: Two hours after my call to Precision Door, Matt was at our place to replace my failed door opener. Matt soon had the old equipment removed and installed the new opener, rail, and wall controls. This master craftsman tested and tuned the entire door system, even leaving little pigtails on the bit of extra wire on the safety beams and connections at the motor/operator. He patiently explained how to program and use the new gear. A job well done by this very competent Tech.

One of the door springs broke on Saturday. I called Precision and was told they could have a technician out within a few hours. In fact Matt showed up 90 minutes later. He not only replaced the springs but also the bearings and the old opener which was failing. He had everything on the truck and did a great job of installation and clean up! Highly recommended!

The whole experience of purchasing new garage doors from start to finish was Excellent!!! From getting an estimate with Lorenzo to working with Gary Lang on ordering exactly the design & style we were happy with. Next came the scheduling for installation with Karen who was the most pleasantest person to talk on the phone with. The installation was done by Mario H and Pat, these two gentlemen were very professional and pleasant individuals that did an awesome job installing my doors. After the installation was completed an emailed invoice along with before and after pictures. Very cool!!! Thank You Precision you folks are Awesome!!! :) :) :)

Easily the best service experience we’ve had in ABQ. When the spring went out on our garage door we thought about replacing anything from just the spring to the whole door, and called Precision for an in-person estimate. Gary was prompt and personable for our consultation, describing our (many!) repair and purchase options with no pressure. Ultimately we decided to replace everything but the door itself. He was able to do the work right then, surprisingly quickly, and he even threw in some new weather stripping at no extra charge. Before leaving he made sure we were both present, to walk us through the safety features and operation of our new opener, remotes and keypad. We're very happy with the replacement, and would recommend Precision to anyone!
