We are Louis & Diana Castro and our garage door had broken on a Friday. We had used Precision Garage before so we called and asked if they could come and look and repair our garage door. It was the weekend so we didn't expect to get anyone to fix our garage door, but to our surprise Precision Garage said they would send someone that afternoon. Surprisingly, Lorenzo Herrera showed up that afternoon and gave us an estimate and scheduled a new door and opener for Monday. Mario Herrera and his co-worker arrived at said appointment time and installed a new door and door opener. Both were very professional and thorough and explained and showed us how to use the new system and if we had problems, to call the office. We highly recommend Precision Door to all our family and friends. Thank you, Lou and Diana

Was having trouble with the safety sensors I purchased on the internet. Gary came out and found I had a broken spring and bad wirings on my sensors. Gave me an estimate and had all the parts he needed on the truck. Completed the work in about an hour. Outstanding job!

Lorenzo Herrera was the tech that worked on the garage door. He was courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. A very hard worker! Actually, he had been here once before and I remembered what a good guy he was. He explained exactly what he was doing and I appreciated his honesty when he explained and showed me the problems with my 35 year old garage door and garage door opener so I decided to get a new door and opener. Garage doors are something you expect to work and take for granted- until it doesn't work. Mice chewed through the electrical wire connecting one of the door sensors. I called late afternoon to schedule an appointment to have a broken spring replaced and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled the very next day. Ten minutes prior to my appointment window, I received a text from the service tech saying he would be there on time. The text was more than that. It included a brief personal bio and a photo. I thought that was a great idea! Lorenzo Herrera showed up and promptly did the work. He had come out before and it was a pleasure talking with him. Not only was he professional and efficient, he was very friendly in our conversation. I don't often meet people of his genuine nature, so I consider it a blessing when I do. I want to say thank you to Lorenzo and Precision for assisting me yesterday in the installation of a new garage door opener. This is the 3rd time I've used precision and the second time with Lorenzo. He is an asset to your organization who is very professional and personable. It was a stressful day since our garage door remote was stolen from my vehicle and safety of my home was first and foremost on my mind. You had Lorenzo out there within less then 2 hours from the time I called. I received a text message when he was just about to my house as well as a phone call. Receiving personal information about our technician in the text is extremely reassuring. When he looked at our 12 + year old opener, he gave us options on how to proceed and in the end, we opted to go new with a system in which we are very satisfied. Lorenzo broke down the work and walked me through the receipt. He showed us how to use the new opener before he left and made sure we were satisfied. Precision is extremely professional from the moment you call to the moment your tech leaves. Its one of the most professional services I use.
