Called Precision for door repair because they installed the door 2 years ago and I was very happy with their service. I appreciate that they provide info re: the technician they are sending and that the tech calls when they are on their way. The garage door operator needed to be reset after the power to the house had been out for a few hours. Tyler was good to listen to my description of the issue and quickly had the issue solved. He also did a full inspection and tune up. When finished he reviewed his findings and the steps he took to insure that the door is functions optimally. The door is now running as quietly and smoothly as when it was new. I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision. Very prompt, professional and efficient. Thank You!

Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open. Reached out to Precision online. They scheduled an appointment that afternoon. The tech, Tyler, called to let us know he could come earlier if that was okay with us. Tyler was prompt, skilled, friendly, and very professional. He finished the job quickly, explaining what he was doing and why. He also told us about other products which we might find helpful. We are planning to install a new garage door within the year, and we are certain that we will go with Precision.

Kevin came out and serviced our garage doors. He was actually here before the schedule time and was done very quickly. He upgraded the wheels in both our doors and now they are smoother and quieter than the ones we had. This is the second house we have owned where we used Precision Door. We are very happy with their service and will keep using them for years to come.

Precision was recommended to me by a friend that is very picky about home services. So the recommendation alone speaks well of Precision. But when the service person, Tyler, came out to assess and complete the job, I formed my own opinion on this awesome company. I will highly recommend anyone to use them and will use them in the future as well. I was scheduled promptly, Sent a text with Tyler’s picture and introduction before he arrived. He courteously called before he got to my home. He was friendly yet professional. He brought all the supplies needed with him and did an efficient but thorough job. My new garage unit is pleasantly quiet and it came I believe at a fair price. Five stars, a thumbs up and a big thanks to Precision!

Called because I wanted someone in Rio Rancho. Numerous options to choose from. I spoke with a polite call taker who set my appointment. Soon after my tech called and was able to get to my house early. He was great, very friendly, and explained everything. Once he started I let him work but when I checked in he was quick to explain the how and why. Good dude and I would highly recommend.

I needed help right away with my 16 year old garage door opener and Precision was able to send Kevin to help us. I decided last minute to have opener changed out rather than trouble shoot the old garage opener. Kevin quickly gave me an acceptable quote and was able to install it that day. Matt Papas did a great job. My system is an older one with vertical extension springs. Matt was able use his stock springs, added S hooks and installed them. The door opener was applying excessive force and he reasoned that it would be better to have the door be heaver to the system and put in lighter springs. The door appears to be working much better overall. Well done!
