The guy that did work was good and it works right but did not explain the bill before he started the work right and at the end said he needed $220.00 for rollers when I have it under warranty so the reality manger had to pay it with his credit card and was not happy and I am upset about it . Should have all been covered if not let people know before you do it .

Precision originally installed my garage door in 1986! Until recently I've had no problems with it. Gary was here to upgrade the springs a year or so ago. Today Lorenzo arrived early - with a warning call! - and was actually done before he was scheduled to arrive! Now that is service. I will certainly call Precision should the need arise again.

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage door, once at my old home and now at my new one. The work was precise and made a big difference in the way my garage door sounded and the new opener is fabulous too. Options and survey of needs was discussed and work was done quickly. Then he took as much time as I needed to help set up phone, opener and door codes, explaining and answering all my questions.

My garage door opener would not close, which left me vulnerable. Found Precision in yellow pages. Liked the "live" response and appointment made right then (rather than leaving a voice mail). Technician arrived on time, efficient, and so very helpful. Made recommendations for future possibilities but did not pressure to purchase. My peace of mind now restored.

The whole process was awesome! Came home at lunch to a broken spring and called for appointment. They were there in the afternoon the same day! Kevin was on time, professional and clearly described all the options available for the repair. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

You were local while the others I saw were from ABQ. I was quoted about $139 for the weatherstripping I needed and when the technician was done, my bill was 300+. I was disappointed at how he was unable to use some of the existing parts to fix what I needed. In the end I paid $297 for weatherstripping and was very upset about that. The technician did however secure a Triple A discount for me. The technician was professional all the way. Nothing but good things to say about the technician- I just think $300 god weatherstripping was over the top.

Precision installed my door originally. I have had very little difficulty with the quality of the door or the installation. Today, the door was not functioning properly. Lorenzo came to my hone, listened to me describe the problem and he knew exactly what to do. Lorenzo was personable and courteous and repaired the malfunction rapidly.
