I was relatively pleased with the technician. He thought it might be the safety sensors so I asked him for a price. He said something in the neighborhood of 230.00 so I said to not do the replacement. I went to Lowes and found the same sensors for 40.00. Where do you get off charging 230.00 in addition to a service charge of 60.00 for a couple of cheap sensors. What a "deleted" rip-off. I won't be calling you again.

I recently moved to ABQ. The spring on my garage door broke last night and I was able to call and get an appointment right away. I was given a window for an appointment between 12 and 2 and the tech showed up right away. He explained everything that needed to be done, even replaced the old rollers on the door. Great friendly service and my door is working again, even better than before.

Our garage door springs failed on a Friday night...of course. I called Precision late Saturday afternoon, not expecting to have anyone available to come out, and within an hour of my call, Jeff was at our door! I called Precision before 7 AM because my garage door wouldn’t open and my call was answered by a real person who immediately scheduled me for an appointment around 8 that morning. By 7:30, I received a text from the technician coming to my house, introducing himself. About 10 minutes later, Jeff Peres called me and said he was arriving soon. And he did. After inspecting the door, Jeff explained what needed to be done and we agreed to the scope of work. Roughly an hour later, Jeff was done and I was able to get to work. Jeff was a true pro and very friendly to boot. I was very surprised and pleased with Precision’s response to my problem. Very well done and thank you!

I had a remote that quit due to being worn out and called to get a replacement. The young lady that set up my appointment was extremely helpful and gave me an appointment the same afternoon. Tyler called in advance and arrived on the dot. In a half hour I had my new remote and it was programmed into my car. Both garage doors were checked, lubricated and tightened. Very happy with the service and price.

Fast Service: Two hours after my call to Precision Door, Matt was at our place to replace my failed door opener. Matt soon had the old equipment removed and installed the new opener, rail, and wall controls. This master craftsman tested and tuned the entire door system, even leaving little pigtails on the bit of extra wire on the safety beams and connections at the motor/operator. He patiently explained how to program and use the new gear. A job well done by this very competent Tech.

One of the door springs broke on Saturday. I called Precision and was told they could have a technician out within a few hours. In fact Matt showed up 90 minutes later. He not only replaced the springs but also the bearings and the old opener which was failing. He had everything on the truck and did a great job of installation and clean up! Highly recommended!
