Five stars! Fast, efficient, and professional service. Our technician, Tyler Amundson, arrived promptly when our garage door got stuck. He replaced broken and worn parts, checked everything else out, and gave us a reasonable price. Replaced broken spring and worn rollers.

I needed help right away with my 16 year old garage door opener and Precision was able to send Kevin to help us. I decided last minute to have opener changed out rather than trouble shoot the old garage opener. Kevin quickly gave me an acceptable quote and was able to install it that day. Kevin did a great job, was courteous, and we will use Precision again for our garage door needs. Thank you

Kevin was amazing! On time, quick & thorough work, very personable. We will be using Precision in the future for any garage door work we need. The guy that did work was good and it works right but did not explain the bill before he started the work right and at the end said he needed $220.00 for rollers when I have it under warranty so the reality manger had to pay it with his credit card and was not happy and I am upset about it . Should have all been covered if not let people know before you do it .

Precision originally installed my garage door in 1986! Until recently I've had no problems with it. Gary was here to upgrade the springs a year or so ago. Today Lorenzo arrived early - with a warning call! - and was actually done before he was scheduled to arrive! Now that is service. I will certainly call Precision should the need arise again.

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage door, once at my old home and now at my new one. The work was precise and made a big difference in the way my garage door sounded and the new opener is fabulous too. Options and survey of needs was discussed and work was done quickly. Then he took as much time as I needed to help set up phone, opener and door codes, explaining and answering all my questions.

My garage door opener would not close, which left me vulnerable. Found Precision in yellow pages. Liked the "live" response and appointment made right then (rather than leaving a voice mail). Technician arrived on time, efficient, and so very helpful. Made recommendations for future possibilities but did not pressure to purchase. My peace of mind now restored.

Called because I wanted someone in Rio Rancho. Numerous options to choose from. I spoke with a polite call taker who set my appointment. Soon after my tech called and was able to get to my house early. He was great, very friendly, and explained everything. Once he started I let him work but when I checked in he was quick to explain the how and why. Good dude and I would highly recommend.
