I had called 2 other companies who advertised garage door servicing, repairs, etc. but neither one sounded interested in what I needed (I wasn't even sure what I needed!), or they couldn't come at a time that was convenient for me (Saturday). When I called Precision I was amazed. Everyone very courteous and so eager to fix whatever the problem was. I expected to have to wait a week or two but was thrilled when I was scheduled for the very next day, which was a Saturday. The job was finished in a few hours; the young man who did the installation was great! Knew exactly what to do, explained everything so I could understand it; provided options for services, parts, costs. I am extremely pleased with the result.

The technician (Tyler) was prompt, competent, professional and courteous. He called prior to arrival, arrived when he said he would, and kept me informed as to the inspection results, and provided options on what needed repairing. After I decided on an option, he had everything ready in his truck so he was able to perform the work on the spot and not come back. As I did not want to take more time off work for a follow up appointment, I was happy that he was able to take care of everything in a single visit. Work took the time he said it would, and the results were what he said they would be. Could not have asked for a better experience, so glad I called. Highly recommend.

I bought a very QUIET, belt driven opener from Precision in late 2011and have had very few problems with it. Once, it was the new spring that needed re-tensioning. A few times, the cold weather caused a closing hiccup, and all it took was a reset by the technician. Such was the case this time. Less than 15 minutes was required to get the closer working perfectly again. The opener wasn't inexpensive, but it is the best value for the money I ever spent! The technician (initials LH) who installed it is the same tech who has responded to my service requests. He is very knowledgeable about his business. I'm sure that he leaves all his customers completely satisfied.

I have had previous work done by Precision and was very satisfied with the results. Today was a very minor problem which I tried to fix myself but, was working at the wrong end of the garage door opener. Kevin fixed it quickly and showed me where I went wrong in my endeavor. In the process of discussing the door, I went ahead and decided to just replace it as the metal had split and was slowly working its way toward destruction. Kevin took the order (and my money). The installation is set for tomorrow (10th) morning. Assuming tomorrows work is carried out to "perfection", I will remain satisfied with the service and information I have received from the technicians and your admin people.

Kevin was able to get here before the appointment time and called me to see if it was okay. Yes! He clearly and efficiently outlined my options to take care of my door closure problems. My garage door needed repair. It would not open around 10:45am. I called Precision Door service and was given an appointment time the same day between 1200am to 200pm. Tyler called around 11:45 and was here befor noon. He is super nice and efficient. He checked everything out and then gave me options.
