Mr. Lang, I called your company on Sunday, September 30th because I had damaged my garage door. I was told your staff would arrive between 4 and 6 which would have been within 2 hours after I called which I thought was very fair. Unexpectedly I got a call back from Aaron within 10 minutes saying he could be by in 20 minutes. So of course I was thrilled. Aaron and Kevin arrived, gave me an estimate within minutes, fixed and were on their way. I was impressed with first the response time, and second the professionalism and kindness they displayed. Please pass along the ‘thanks’ to those guys for such quick and great work and great customer service. I’m am very happy customer and will call upon you if needed in the future. I will also highly recommend Precision to those in need. Thanks again!!

He was able to get it working but since we have had repeated issues with the door opener and remotes we decided to replace the opener. We recently bought this home, and today our garage door would not go up. My husband called Precision mid morning, and a tech was here at 1:15. The tech checked everything out and discovered the issue right away. He showed me the items needed and I told him to please repair it. He had it done in less than an hour. Called in to have my garage door get its maintenance service. First off the tech Kevin was excellent. I give him 5 Stars. However my disappointment is with your trip charge. That is extremely redicules price wise for what I called in for, tech wasn't even here that long. Plus for being a previous customer who had his garage door repaired by you just 2 years ago and got the lifetime warranty that should have covered the trip charge cost. At that is what I was told when I purchased the lifetime warranty last time out. I'm truly disappointed. Hopefully you can make this right.

Precision Door had replaced my springs on the door and the rollers 3-4 years ago and did a good job. When the opener failed I called them and they were able to replace it without a long wait time others had quoted. When a problem has occurred (all minor) they have been super responsive! I have no problem recommending them.
