I checked Angies List, and since my garage door broke a spring on Saturday, I was pleasantly surprised that a technician could come on Sunday. I can only hope you realize what a good employee you have in Aaron. He is skilled, courteous, and most of all conscientious. There was more wrong with my door than just a spring - but he kept at it and repaired it all. Well done!

I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from Precision Door Service. I called on a Sunday morning at 8am and they were able to have my door repaired by 10am. The service tech, Aaron, was professional, courteous, explained everything he was doing and was a perfectionist in the best of ways. We have used Precision before for repairs on our garage door and were very pleased when we did. I called them again because I knew they would make the repair efficiently. I called on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable and had our repair done quickly and answered all our questions without hesitation. He installed a surge protector, cleaned up the springs, replaced some of the hardware and helped in engaging the opener in one of our cars to the garage door's motor eliminating the need for an automatic hand held opener in that car.

After calling me to let me know that he could be earlier than originally scheduled. Aaron assessed the damage to the garage door and rounded up the parts needed to fix it. He was pleasantly professional and got the job done in a timely matter. He even allowed me to watch the process and chat with him while he worked. Five stars +. An earlier job was unsatisfactory. Precision honored their warranty and really went the extra mile. Aaron corrected everything and then some! He was courteous. Explained everything as he worked. And he really knew what he was doing. He worked very fast and efficiently in 100 degree weather without a complaint. The door now works the best it ever has!
