My garage door completely broke. As I was closing it, the tension spring broke, the cables broke and retracted up around the drum, and the rollers bent. Bottom line, could not get the door closed, it was stuck about 3 feet off the ground. I called Precision at 7:00 PM, and they had a tech there (Kevin) within 15 minutes. He spent an hour and half fixing the door, replacing the cables, rollers, brackets, and springs and explaining the process to me. It wasn't cheap, but for emergency after-hours repairs, I felt it was a fair price, and actually better than most of their competitors. Overall, a 5-star experience: fast and friendly service, and problem solved. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again if needed.

I called this comapny & they did not say anyhthing about trip charge. Technician came to my house and he charged me $53.00 for his trip. He wasn’t able to fix my garage door & said he will charge me $53.00 leas if I buy garage door overhead from his company. I didn’t argue with him but thought about leaving review so others are cautious.

We had our garage doors installed about 3 months ago. Just last week we noticed that the rubber at the bottom of one of the doors had moved laterally and left a gap at the bottom. I called Precision Doors, and they scheduled a visit that same day--problem fixed!! No charge since it was under warranty. Very happy with results.

Pretty overwhelming to have wind destroy a garage door, and Precision was very responsive. Lorenzo had a cancellation and was able to come almost immediately, and worked very hard to get me the best prices on new garage doors (we have 2 singles and 1 was destroyed) and openers. He was kind and conscientious and was able to get the door open enough to get my car out and then to close and lock it, as broken as the door is. He was able to book installation of new doors for Monday a.m., so I'm very relieved.

What quick service and lots of options to guarantee a long life for our garage door. Thanks for talking us through our decision, Chris. Your technician was prompt and very friendly. He had to force open the door to repair the problem but he took care to minimize the damage and in the end did not have to replace any of the bottom panels to complete the repair. He did all he could to minimize any damage and got us up and running in good time. JOB WELL DONE.

The spring on our garage door broke and it was not covered under the home warranty. Precision was the company the home warranty company was going to send out prior to finding out the service was not covered. Someone from Precision actually called me before I was off the phone with the warranty company. They had convenient same day appointments. The tech, Lorenzo, called prior to his arrival, gave us an accurate estimate, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He did an outstanding job! The garage door works so much better than ever! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque!
