I selected Precision because my son had his garage door serviced by this company. Great reviews from my son. Ryan came over right at 10, and he immediately evaluated the situation. As a result, I will be replacing the dangerous door with a new one! Thanks so much!!

My garage door wouldn't open and Precision was at my home early the next morning. Ryan installed a PDS 800 Operator and showed me how to use the new remote. He was friendly, courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. I give Ryan a five star as he fulfilled all my expectations of service of an excellent Precision representative.

I called Precision at 9 am to have a broken garage door opener replaced. By 2 pm, I had a brand new opener installed. Gary clearly explained my options without any hard "sales pitch" and installed the unit in under an hour. The new opener works great, and I can heartily recommend Precision.

I chose you because I didn't care for the attitude I got from Windsor, where It was suggested I call back during normal business hrs. I also liked that there was a person who cared about our issue and didn't have to let the phone ring 15 t0 20 times before someone answered. Your tech was very professional in all aspects for the needed service and I thank you very much for that.

This company is stellar. Not only did Lorenzo show up on time as scheduled. He went right to work, had my new garage door opener up in the estimated time, and cleaned up everything he'd brought into the garage. And can I just also add that I'm thrilled with my QUIET new belt-driven opener? Thanks for being such professionals at what you do!

Used the yellow pages to request estimates. Ad was very professional. Mr. Lang provided a reasonable cost and set the appt. Installer (Kevin) was also very professional. Right on time and had the door and opener installed faster than I had anticipated. He's a good salesman too. Talked me into a new opener. All together, a great job.

Gary Lang is the best! He was punctual and listened to what my needs were. Gary replaced my dead garage door opener with a new and fully functional unit including a new control pad in the garage. In addition to replacing the opener, both garage doors were inspected, lubed, and fully tuned-up. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Gary.
