The equipment Lorenzo replaced and installed appeared to be of the highest quality. The only thing better than the equipment was the service that Lorenzo provided. You were first when I searched for garage door service. I am pretty sure a co-worker had mentioned Precision. So I called and glad I did. Excellent service. I had springs replaced and total overhaul. Garage door opens and closes smoothly. David was our service repairman. Great job and explained all he did. Will definitely refer Precision to all.

Service was great. Lorenzo was also our original installer. He remembered us and was professionally competent and very nice to work with personally. I did think the total cost of a service call and tune-up at $110 was a little pricey.
