He was very quick and neat with his installation of a new opener and very thorough in going over the features and how to use the new openers including programing my wife's car. The service provider, Chris, was professional, thorough and customer centric. He uncovered a problem of which I was unaware, a part had fallen out, and it's mate was about to fail. He explained the part's function and why it was important to the garage door. He also tightened the springs associated with the garage door which would make it lighter to lift if it became necessary to lift it manually.

He explained what needed to be done, which parts needed replacement and how he would do it. I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Had the job done in about 1 and 1/2 hours- expensive, but guaranteed for life and I felt it was really quality work!

Our garage door rollers and cable came off the tracks on Friday evening and we had one of your technicians at our home by 10 am Saturday to fix the problems. We were presented three options and repair work was completed by noon on Saturday. We appreciated weekend service with no extra charge, having your phone number answered by a real person, and getting a friendly and professional technician (Gary) who was on time, knew what he was doing and fixed the garage door. I wasn't expecting the bill to be as much as it was when I called, but I have to admit that for once I didn't resent writing such a fat check because I felt having a lifetime warranty on work that was done right the first time was worth it.
