I had trouble with my door not closing on Saturday, called and scheduled a repair. Two very nice, knowledgeable young men came an hour early repaired my door and explained to me the problem. They also gave me information on how to do a quick fix if I ever had too, while waiting for a repair man. Very impressed and will recommend your service to my friends.

I got my new garage door opener a little over a year ago. One evening when I closed the door from the switch, the door went down but then came right back up and did it several times. Fortunately I could close it as far down as about an inch from the ground so no one could get in. The next morning, I called Precision to get it looked at. They got the same gentleman that installed the door at my house by 9:00 a.m. and he quickly re-programmed the door and all was well. There was no charge. Fast, courteous service.

Lorenzo was our Technician and did a great job! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above my expectations by cleaning up our wires, putting in a new light bulb and doing a full diagnosis on the garage door. Garage is smooth now and got that peace of mind with the lifetime warranty.

Have been an extremely happy, satisfied customer for over two years. Have replaced a broken overhead opener when we moved into our home. I had seen products and work done by Precision in my neighborhood and really liked what I saw. Everyone I dealt with starting with Ryan who sold me on the product and company to the installers Kevin & Mario (did a great job, very meticulous, worked quickly and were very professional) and finally Gary Lang who came by (don't see the "Big Man" on the job often so it was impressive to speak with Gary. The door is everything I was told it would be, it looks gorgeous and runs smoothly. FIVE stars!

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. A counter weight spring broke around 12:30pm. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out the same afternoon. The Technician that came out (Lorenzo) was very knowledgeable and friendly. My door is 30 years old and it was in need of some TLC. Lorenzo replaced the broken spring and also replaced all the roller bearings and some other worn out parts. He had all the work completed in about 90 mins. I did spend more than I was planning on but it needed it. I use my garage door as the "front" door. I go in and out through it several times a day so it gets a lot of use. It's working better now than it ever has I would say. I would highly recommend Precision.
