My garage door completely broke. As I was closing it, the tension spring broke, the cables broke and retracted up around the drum, and the rollers bent. Bottom line, could not get the door closed, it was stuck about 3 feet off the ground. I called Precision at 7:00 PM, and they had a tech there (Kevin) within 15 minutes. He spent an hour and half fixing the door, replacing the cables, rollers, brackets, and springs and explaining the process to me. It wasn't cheap, but for emergency after-hours repairs, I felt it was a fair price, and actually better than most of their competitors. Overall, a 5-star experience: fast and friendly service, and problem solved. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again if needed.

He wasn’t able to fix my garage door & said he will charge me $53.00 leas if I buy garage door overhead from his company. We had our garage doors installed about 3 months ago. Just last week we noticed that the rubber at the bottom of one of the doors had moved laterally and left a gap at the bottom. Pretty overwhelming to have wind destroy a garage door, and Precision was very responsive. Lorenzo had a cancellation and was able to come almost immediately, and worked very hard to get me the best prices on new garage doors (we have 2 singles and 1 was destroyed) and openers. Your technician was prompt and very friendly. He had to force open the door to repair the problem but he took care to minimize the damage and in the end did not have to replace any of the bottom panels to complete the repair.
