I cannot express how pleased and surprised with the work that Kevin Lang performed. Not only him, but your website and the person who scheduled the appt. Kevin was able to get here before the appointment time and called me to see if it was okay. Yes! He clearly and efficiently outlined my options to take care of my door closure problems. He did the work on the spot as soon as I chose my option. That is so rare these days! He said it would take about 1-hour, and I think he finished in about 50 minutes. I am so pleased! My garage door needed repair. It would not open around 10:45am. I called Precision Door service and was given an appointment time the same day between 1200am to 200pm. Tyler called around 11:45 and was here befor noon. He is super nice and efficient. He checked everything out and then gave me options. He repaired the door and fixed all the other problems within an hour. Excellent and professional service.

Mr. Lang, I called your company on Sunday, September 30th because I had damaged my garage door. I was told your staff would arrive between 4 and 6 which would have been within 2 hours after I called which I thought was very fair. Unexpectedly I got a call back from Aaron within 10 minutes saying he could be by in 20 minutes. So of course I was thrilled. Aaron and Kevin arrived, gave me an estimate within minutes, fixed and were on their way. I was impressed with first the response time, and second the professionalism and kindness they displayed. Please pass along the ‘thanks’ to those guys for such quick and great work and great customer service. I’m am very happy customer and will call upon you if needed in the future. Aaron was the Precision Technician that came to work on our garage door opener. He was able to get it working but since we have had repeated issues with the door opener and remotes we decided to replace the opener. He did the job in approximately one hour in an efficient and professional manner. He is a friendly and upbeat individual who deserves a FIVE star rating. Wil highly recommend Precision and Aaron

When my garage door went out last year I had to do some fast research. I chose Precision because they seemed to have the most flexible hours of operation. They really catered to the customer's needs. Just yesterday when the motor went out on my garage door opener, I called Precision immediately because they did such a great job a year earlier. Since my husband passed away 3 yrs ago, I have had to learn to deal with all of the home repairs in my household. He was the ultimate handy man so I never worried about this kind of stuff. The spring broke in our door on a Saturday. Technician came out same day, diagnosed the issue, made recommendations and fixed the door in 1 hour. Expensive, but I don't think we had a choice.

We recently bought this home, and today our garage door would not go up. My husband called Precision mid morning, and a tech was here at 1:15. The tech checked everything out and discovered the issue right away. He showed me the items needed and I told him to please repair it. He had it done in less than an hour. I found Precision on the internet through Home Adviser. Within 24 hours they completed the necessary repairs. The price was more than fair, and the technician was outstanding. I highly recommend them. I will definately call on them again to service my homes in the future.

Called in to have my garage door get its maintenance service. First off the tech Kevin was excellent. I give him 5 Stars. However my disappointment is with your trip charge. That is extremely redicules price wise for what I called in for, tech wasn't even here that long. Plus for being a previous customer who had his garage door repaired by you just 2 years ago and got the lifetime warranty that should have covered the trip charge cost. At that is what I was told when I purchased the lifetime warranty last time out. I'm truly disappointed. Hopefully you can make this right.

Precision Door had replaced my springs on the door and the rollers 3-4 years ago and did a good job. When the opener failed I called them and they were able to replace it without a long wait time others had quoted. When a problem has occurred (all minor) they have been super responsive! I have no problem recommending them.
