We have used Precision before for repairs on our garage door and were very pleased when we did. I called them again because I knew they would make the repair efficiently. I called on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable and had our repair done quickly and answered all our questions without hesitation. He installed a surge protector, cleaned up the springs, replaced some of the hardware and helped in engaging the opener in one of our cars to the garage door's motor eliminating the need for an automatic hand held opener in that car.

After calling me to let me know that he could be earlier than originally scheduled. Aaron assessed the damage to the garage door and rounded up the parts needed to fix it. He was pleasantly professional and got the job done in a timely matter. He even allowed me to watch the process and chat with him while he worked. Five stars +. An earlier job was unsatisfactory. Precision honored their warranty and really went the extra mile. Aaron corrected everything and then some! He was courteous. Explained everything as he worked. And he really knew what he was doing. He worked very fast and efficiently in 100 degree weather without a complaint. The door now works the best it ever has!

I used Precision in Tampa for many years and now, I use them in Albuquerque. They replaced my keypad, tightened my springs, and lubed everything. It runs like a new door. The Tech, Tyler Amundson was an expert and quickly finished the whole job and gave me some tips on maintenance that I can do myself. Precision always has experts who are quick & efficient and always courteous. Their prices are always fair. I wouldn't even consider letting anyone else touch my garage door.

Had a chain sprocket and gear replaced. Service was very prompt and the tech, Tyler, was extremely efficient and knew what he was doing. While the charge of $248 seems a little high for what was done, the timeliness of the service and the expertise of Tyler was worth it. I will definitely call if anything else happens.

It was time to replace our garage door. I had used Precision in the past and Ryan did a great job repairing our door. I asked for Ryan to come out and talk to me about a complete new garage door replacement. The options and pricing were great.Kevin, Mario and I am sorry I don't have the other guys name came out to install our new door and opener. The guys did a great job.Caring,Pleasent and Professional. I called Overhead Garage Door on a holiday weekend 06-30-2018 at 9:00 AM. My spring broke on my garage door and I needed it fixed right away. I got an appointment for the same day. The tech arrived early. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He did an absolute thorough inspection of my garage door and it turned out I needed two springs instead of one. Wow!! what a diffence it made. My door glided up and down the track. It was as light as a feather. He tighten all the bolts on my door and adjusted my chain so that my door was not hitting a bolt. He lubed everything. Everything was done in a timely manner. I cannot thank the folks enough at Overhead Garage Door for making my door like new again.
