Called in to have my garage door get its maintenance service. First off the tech Kevin was excellent. I give him 5 Stars. However my disappointment is with your trip charge. That is extremely redicules price wise for what I called in for, tech wasn't even here that long. Plus for being a previous customer who had his garage door repaired by you just 2 years ago and got the lifetime warranty that should have covered the trip charge cost. At that is what I was told when I purchased the lifetime warranty last time out. I'm truly disappointed. Hopefully you can make this right.

Precision Door had replaced my springs on the door and the rollers 3-4 years ago and did a good job. When the opener failed I called them and they were able to replace it without a long wait time others had quoted. When a problem has occurred (all minor) they have been super responsive! I have no problem recommending them.

garage door repair and replacing remotes and control panel on garage... the professionals, Tyler and Aaron, did an outstanding job of updating the garage door system and fixing the door. they were smart and courteous and persistent in getting the system up and running with the updated features. in short, the men were a delight to have repair the garage door. i feel fortunate to have had the repairs done by Precision Overhead Garage Door Company.

I can only hope you realize what a good employee you have in Aaron. He is skilled, courteous, and most of all conscientious. We have used Precision before for repairs on our garage door and were very pleased when we did. I called them again because I knew they would make the repair efficiently. I called on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable and had our repair done quickly and answered all our questions without hesitation. He installed a surge protector, cleaned up the springs, replaced some of the hardware and helped in engaging the opener in one of our cars to the garage door's motor eliminating the need for an automatic hand held opener in that car.
