So glad we called Precision Door Service today, springs broke on our garage door and it was a Sunday, they were able to come out same day and sent a awesome tech named (Aaron) He explained everything thoroughly on what needed to be done and Aaron had our garage door working perfectly in no time. Thank you so much!

Called for information about 3:20 p.m. and “Jenny” told me I could get the job done that afternoon. Lorenzo was assigned the job and was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in question to help me decide which would be best for what I wanted. He did the job quickly but carefully, reviewed what he had done, and checked all components to assure installation was flawless. Before he left, we did the app install and demonstrated how each opener functioned. He loaded up the old opener, picked up all trash and tools he used, and left no sign he had ever been there! Was definitely pleased with Lorenzo’s work and prompt service. Connie

I was so grateful for the rapid response to my broken garage door opener. The problem was clearly explained and broken parts shown to me. The opener replacement was fast and efficient. Then the work area was cleaned thoroughly and the operation of the new device was explained. It is also refreshing to see a technician that clearly enjoys his job and his work.

I had called 2 other companies who advertised garage door servicing, repairs, etc. but neither one sounded interested in what I needed (I wasn't even sure what I needed!), or they couldn't come at a time that was convenient for me (Saturday). When I called Precision I was amazed. Everyone very courteous and so eager to fix whatever the problem was. I expected to have to wait a week or two but was thrilled when I was scheduled for the very next day, which was a Saturday. The job was finished in a few hours; the young man who did the installation was great! Knew exactly what to do, explained everything so I could understand it; provided options for services, parts, costs. I am extremely pleased with the result.

We gave precision door a 5 star rating only because there wasn't a 10 to choose from! Gary is a professional, courteous, and all around great owner. Our installer, Kevin, was just as great! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality product and customer service that is also top notch! Thanks Precision.

The technician (Tyler) was prompt, competent, professional and courteous. He called prior to arrival, arrived when he said he would, and kept me informed as to the inspection results, and provided options on what needed repairing. After I decided on an option, he had everything ready in his truck so he was able to perform the work on the spot and not come back. As I did not want to take more time off work for a follow up appointment, I was happy that he was able to take care of everything in a single visit. Work took the time he said it would, and the results were what he said they would be. Could not have asked for a better experience, so glad I called. Highly recommend.

My garage door wouldn’t open so I got on Google and looked up nearby repair shops and saw that Precision has excellent reviews so I gave them a call, got an appointment on the same day. They showed up right on schedule and got everything done in 1 hour. Professional, quality work, I’d recommend Tyler, he was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Precision.

I bought a very QUIET, belt driven opener from Precision in late 2011and have had very few problems with it. Once, it was the new spring that needed re-tensioning. A few times, the cold weather caused a closing hiccup, and all it took was a reset by the technician. Such was the case this time. Less than 15 minutes was required to get the closer working perfectly again. The opener wasn't inexpensive, but it is the best value for the money I ever spent! The technician (initials LH) who installed it is the same tech who has responded to my service requests. He is very knowledgeable about his business. I'm sure that he leaves all his customers completely satisfied.

I have had previous work done by Precision and was very satisfied with the results. Today was a very minor problem which I tried to fix myself but, was working at the wrong end of the garage door opener. Kevin fixed it quickly and showed me where I went wrong in my endeavor. In the process of discussing the door, I went ahead and decided to just replace it as the metal had split and was slowly working its way toward destruction. Kevin took the order (and my money). The installation is set for tomorrow (10th) morning. Assuming tomorrows work is carried out to "perfection", I will remain satisfied with the service and information I have received from the technicians and your admin people.

These folks replaced my door and have provided followup. Nothing but really really good. Couldn't get my door closed after garage epoxy work. They came out the same day and fixed it. Planning to move to Northwest and will certainly continue using their company. Thank you Precision.
