Lorenzo gets 5-STARS as he was very courteous. He is attentive to detail and extremely accomplished in his work knowledge. They say, to get something repaired in Santa Fe, is like waiting for grass to grow. Lorenzo was extremely fast in his service response. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to all of my acquaintances at the lab. Thanks Lorenzo.

We received excellent, fast, and courteous service and we are so appreciative! Even though we were leaving out of town and had to do business in an alternative way, Chris got the job done for us! We thank you so much!

We are very happy with the garage doors, garage door opener, and the installation, as well as the courtesy and attention to detail of the gentlemen who performed the installation. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work and the workers. The doors and opener were installed on the day and in the time promised, and the installers conducted themselves in a professional manner.

We were referred to Precision Garage Doors by a highly satisfied relative. Service from the scheduler, installer and online billing were all excellent! Called at 9:00 am and had a new garage door opener installed by 11:00. Thank you!

I had trouble with my door not closing on Saturday, called and scheduled a repair. Two very nice, knowledgeable young men came an hour early repaired my door and explained to me the problem. They also gave me information on how to do a quick fix if I ever had too, while waiting for a repair man. Very impressed and will recommend your service to my friends.

I got my new garage door opener a little over a year ago. One evening when I closed the door from the switch, the door went down but then came right back up and did it several times. Fortunately I could close it as far down as about an inch from the ground so no one could get in. The next morning, I called Precision to get it looked at. They got the same gentleman that installed the door at my house by 9:00 a.m. and he quickly re-programmed the door and all was well. There was no charge. Fast, courteous service.

Lorenzo was our Technician and did a great job! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above my expectations by cleaning up our wires, putting in a new light bulb and doing a full diagnosis on the garage door. Garage is smooth now and got that peace of mind with the lifetime warranty.

Have been an extremely happy, satisfied customer for over two years. Have replaced a broken overhead opener when we moved into our home. Since, a door replaced, and a door repaired, in last three months. Fantastic customer service ... always extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. Cannot say enough about what a terrific outfit Precision is ... Gary, Kevin, and their team are absolutely first class. If you want it done right and quickly, they are the only outfit for all your garage door needs.

I had seen products and work done by Precision in my neighborhood and really liked what I saw. Everyone I dealt with starting with Ryan who sold me on the product and company to the installers Kevin & Mario (did a great job, very meticulous, worked quickly and were very professional) and finally Gary Lang who came by (don't see the "Big Man" on the job often so it was impressive to speak with Gary. The door is everything I was told it would be, it looks gorgeous and runs smoothly. FIVE stars!

What a pleasure to find a company whose sole purpose is to be the best at what they do. You succeeded in this and the technician (Chris) was such a pleasant person to work with. He explained everything fully and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I would recommend your company to everyone. Thank you for a job well done.

Always awesome service. This is the second time I've used precision garage door. The first time was a spring replacement and this last time was to replace an old opener. I couldn't be happier with their products and services.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. A counter weight spring broke around 12:30pm. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out the same afternoon. The Technician that came out (Lorenzo) was very knowledgeable and friendly. My door is 30 years old and it was in need of some TLC. Lorenzo replaced the broken spring and also replaced all the roller bearings and some other worn out parts. He had all the work completed in about 90 mins. I did spend more than I was planning on but it needed it. I use my garage door as the "front" door. I go in and out through it several times a day so it gets a lot of use. It's working better now than it ever has I would say. I would highly recommend Precision.

Ease of scheduling; prompt and professional service as well as price were all factors in my decision to utilize Precision. My service technician called to ask if he could arrive early. He explained all of my options and pricing in advance. There was absolutely no pressure or "up selling ". Highly recommend Precision without reservations. Thank you and I have already informed neighbors of your Compsny

The technician (Chris) called and actually came to the house over an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment. He also applied a $10 discount coupon that I was not aware of. A very pleasant young man and I'll certainly use Precision should I ever have another problem with my garage door opener. Thank you.....
