Our garage door rollers and cable came off the tracks on Friday evening and we had one of your technicians at our home by 10 am Saturday to fix the problems. We were presented three options and repair work was completed by noon on Saturday. We appreciated weekend service with no extra charge, having your phone number answered by a real person, and getting a friendly and professional technician (Gary) who was on time, knew what he was doing and fixed the garage door. I wasn't expecting the bill to be as much as it was when I called, but I have to admit that for once I didn't resent writing such a fat check because I felt having a lifetime warranty on work that was done right the first time was worth it.

Before contacting Precision Door Service, I read their reviews and was impressed. I also compared them with their competitors. I called to speak with a rep to get more information. Within 24 hours David was out to assess our garage door situation. By the time he finished the job, we had a new garage door opener installed and fully operational, with remote setup and all. He also did a thorough door inspection and repair. I was shocked at how well the garage door opened and closed after the work. It is now almost silent when in motion.
