The equipment Lorenzo replaced and installed appeared to be of the highest quality. The only thing better than the equipment was the service that Lorenzo provided. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He clearly explained the problems and all that he was going to do to remedy them. He is obviously a skilled technician that takes a lot of pride in what he does.

You were first when I searched for garage door service. I am pretty sure a co-worker had mentioned Precision. So I called and glad I did. Excellent service. I had springs replaced and total overhaul. Garage door opens and closes smoothly. David was our service repairman. Great job and explained all he did. Will definitely refer Precision to all.

Service was great. Lorenzo was also our original installer. He remembered us and was professionally competent and very nice to work with personally. I did think the total cost of a service call and tune-up at $110 was a little pricey.

My garage door wheels slipped off the track & the door was hanging by one wheel (over my car) I was very happy that Lorenzo was able to show up a few minutes earlier than expected and took care of my problem quickly. He let me know what he was doing step by step. Thankfully no parts were needed. When he left, it rolled better than when it was new. Very professional and efficient service. Less than 2 hrs and my emergency was a thing of the past. Thank you!
