Our garage door rollers and cable came off the tracks on Friday evening and we had one of your technicians at our home by 10 am Saturday to fix the problems. We were presented three options and repair work was completed by noon on Saturday. We appreciated weekend service with no extra charge, having your phone number answered by a real person, and getting a friendly and professional technician (Gary) who was on time, knew what he was doing and fixed the garage door. I wasn't expecting the bill to be as much as it was when I called, but I have to admit that for once I didn't resent writing such a fat check because I felt having a lifetime warranty on work that was done right the first time was worth it.

Fast. Excellent customer service. Offered options for the job and was shown a complete breakdown of each (most expensive fix was not forced). Thorough workmanship. Completely explained everything that was done. Highly satisfied. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in great, quality service!

The service technicians, Lorenzo and Chris, were friendly, professional and did a great job of installing the garage door opener; and they spent time explaining how it functions and giving us directions on how to use the controls.

So thankful they were able to schedule an appointment the same day - the day after Christmas nonetheless! They quickly determined the problem, gave us several options at different price ranges, and were very quick in repairing our garage. Best service we have had, and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called the morning after Christmas and I was scheduled for an appointment that same morning. The technician showed up within the two hour window, fixed the problem with my garage door within minutes, completed a quick annual maintenance check and was on his way. Great service and very trustworthy. Precision installed my garage door about two years ago and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Gary was the best. showed me the issues, and explained what the tune-up would cover and then showed me the other issues. Absolutely NO pressure sales pitch. i went with one of two suggested options and will definitely follow up on the second. the service call was prompt and the service was performed in short order. 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend!!

Before contacting Precision Door Service, I read their reviews and was impressed. I also compared them with their competitors. I called to speak with a rep to get more information. Within 24 hours David was out to assess our garage door situation. By the time he finished the job, we had a new garage door opener installed and fully operational, with remote setup and all. He also did a thorough door inspection and repair. I was shocked at how well the garage door opened and closed after the work. It is now almost silent when in motion. It isn’t a new door so this was a welcomed and unexpected change. I would highly recommend them for any garage door related problem. Thanks David!

I signed up for a five-year maintenance and warranty contract. While the contract says it is my responsibility to contact Precision each year for lube and fine tuning, they called me to set up an appointment. Their knowledge is unsurpassed. This company aims to please, and they do.

I had a garage door installed a few years ago and had great service at that time, so today I called to have a new opener installed. I was quoted a good price and told that they could have it installed that morning. David called to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly after. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and performed his job in a timely manner. He then took the time to show me how to use the new opener and all the features of the opener. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any future needs. Excellent products and service!
