I was able to make an appointment for the same day, even though we live in the East Mountains and out tech Gary was great. He explained everything and gave us 3 service options to choose from (good better and best ). Overall I felt I got what I paid for.

Precision Door installed our garage door many years ago and it has worked out well. Today, some service was required and it was performed in an outstanding manner by service man David Yelch. I have recommended Precision Door in the past and expect to do so in the future.

Ryan called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled. He arrived promptly solved my problem quickly and instructed as to how to avoid it in the future; provided fresh lubrication too. He even waited to make sure that the garage door worked perfectly, after I had re-parked my car....motioning with a thumbs-up as he drove away. Very good experience!

This is the 3rd time that Gary Lang has helped us. We were having problems with the garage door intermittently opening only about 18 inches. Gary diagnosed and corrected the problem. We discussed replacing the garage door opener with a Liftmaster unit. I decided to go ahead with the replacement. Gary installed the belt drive Liftmaster opener, checked it out, and then gave us a tutorial on its features and operations. As always, Gary was efficient and thorough. Precision is certainly on our "to recommend" list. Thanks! Chris Bauer

My garage door would not go up or down. Precision had a technician to me in less than an hour who diagnosed the problem and fixed it within another hour. This kind of customer service it's hard to find, and I very much appreciate it.

Completely satisfied! Fast response to a "panic" call (received same day service), and efficient work by Gary to reprogram and deliver the two electronic units for the garage door opening system. Happy with the price too, both the "call charge" and the price of the electronic units.

Gary was very thorough in trouble shooting my garage door which was working on and off. He went above and beyond the required job by replacing a lightbulb in the unit and setting the garage door opener. Hopefully I'll get 3-5 more years out if the motor but if not I would like to request him coming out when I need a replacement. Thank you for excellent service.

Our existing garage door opener was mis-behaving. We arranged for a technician who quickly confirmed that the problem was with the opener and then provided several options. We chose to replace the opener (plus the rollers). The work was done quickly, about one hour, and the new opener had many more and better features. All this at a very reasonable price. Definitely 5 stars!
