The equipment Lorenzo replaced and installed appeared to be of the highest quality. The only thing better than the equipment was the service that Lorenzo provided. Service was great. Lorenzo was also our original installer. He remembered us and was professionally competent and very nice to work with personally. I did think the total cost of a service call and tune-up at $110 was a little pricey.
