Our previous garage door did not function properly and was very noisy. David came by, identified the issues, gave us a cost estimate and showed up to make the necessary repairs at the appointed time. David conducted himself in a very professional manner, did a great installation job and showed us, in detail, how the new system works. We will not hesitate to call Precision in the future, should we need your services again. Thank you

My garage door wheels slipped off the track & the door was hanging by one wheel (over my car) I was very happy that Lorenzo was able to show up a few minutes earlier than expected and took care of my problem quickly. He let me know what he was doing step by step. Thankfully no parts were needed. When he left, it rolled better than when it was new. Very professional and efficient service. Less than 2 hrs and my emergency was a thing of the past. Thank you!

This was my 2nd encounter with Precision, as the first was the installation of my garage door. Since day one, I have been impressed, and amazed at the services, professionalism, punctuality, but most importantly, because Precision makes me feel like a valued customer!

I am very pleased with your response time and installation time. I have yet to view the garage door that was installed, but my daughter has sent pictures and she says that all seems to be well done. I live in Los Alamos, so the next time that I go to Rio Rancho I will confirm her judgement. Thanks for the quick response and installation.

Had a complete overhaul of our 19-year old two-car garage door, which included spring and roller replacement plus reattachment of the cable on one side which had jumped off its spool. Appointment was scheduled for 10am-noon window, but installer Lorenzo had finished a preceding job early and was able to start on my job at about 8:30am. Lorenzo performed the repair professionally and quickly, taking extra time to explain what was done and the recommended future preventative maintenance. He was cordial and made sure all the old parts were picked up and disposed of. Definitely a "five" performance.

New garage door actuator purchased and installed. The technician was capable, took pains to explain, and seemed really concerned about doing a careful job. We received prompt, on-time, same-day service, with a speed and efficiency that made me wonder if I was still in New Mexico. Everything about this company seems highly professional--most impressive.

Tech. rep Lorenzo was most helpful and friendly, he identified the problem we had and not the one we thought we had and didn't try to sell us upgrades and repairs we didn't need, I wish all businesses did this!
