David was amazing! I have two really old single vehicle wood garage doors. He assessed the situation and gave me thorough feedback on each of my options. He was willing to complete service/products for whichever option I chose. I knew I needed to get new doors, and that's the option I chose. There isn't enough room in this comment area to mention all the things David helped me to get situated for the new doors installation (including helping me move my cars and current garage door operator boxes to fit my situation). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND David and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called them because my parents previously received this company's amazing service! Their people, service and products are the absolute best!

I purchased a garage door tune-up service through Angie's List after calling Precision Door Service on a Saturday morning. Service was scheduled for that afternoon. Lorenzo, the certified sales technician, was very professional and thorough. During his detailed inspection of the garage door, my husband and I agreed that it would be best to replace the garage door opener, rollers, torsion cables, drums, bearing plates, torsion tube, etc. Lorenzo was able to do that right away. After completing the installation, he inspected everything and showed us how to operate the new opener. He even made sure I could open and close the door manually without any trouble.

The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday evening. I called to make an appointment Sunday morning and was scheduled for that afternoon - he was at my house before the scheduled time, which is great! Ryan called, arrived on schedule. He helped me decide what was needed for one full door replacement that would hold up in high wind. He also helped plan some replacement for a door which is still useable but needs track and wheel work. Ryan was very courteous and amiable. I enjoyed visiting with him while we looked over the barn door problems. I felt like I had made a friend. Prices quoted were fair, and work schedule was clearly explained.

I called on a Sunday 4/30/17 and actually got a real person!! That's the first plus+. Second, I had an appointment scheduled in minutes and got a online confirmation for the next day 5/1/17. My appoint was at 4:00pm but I told the representative to call me if they could get here sooner. The representative (David) called me at 12:00pm and said he could be at my home in a hour if that was ok. he should up when promised, was clean, very professional, reviewed all the work necessary and completed putting on new springs and a control for garage door in less than a hour.... One Very Happy customer here... who would recommend Precision to you all!!
