A service rep got here about an hour after I called the company, on a Saturday. He repaired the problem in about 30 minutes. The charge as reasonable. The same company replaced the garage door last year with the same efficiency. I am very happy with this company.

We are very pleased with the service, professionalism and technical skill exhibited by David. He was able to explain in simple terms what condition our door was in, what repairs needed to be made and why it was important to get the door repaired. David also explained the warranty for the parts he replaced and left the company and his contact information in the event that we needed further assistance. We will definitely use Precision Garage Door for any future repairs. Thanks for your help and service.

Precision always comes through. We've needed several visits since we bought our older home 3 years ago. Always call ahead with arrival time, diagnose quickly and make complete repairs. Today was for a malfunctioning door remote and excessive noise.. Lorenzo (who has been here before) showed excellent salesmanship and his usual technical ability. Noise and remote problems gone because we have a new motor and bearings and the door is lubed. He even reprogrammed remotes for us. Cannot beat it!

After reading reviews I chose Precision for the service. I was surprised they could come out on Saturday on short notice to service the garage door. It needed a lot. Gary, the tech, was right on time. After looking over the project he made a solid recommendation as to what should be done to restore the door system. He explained everything in detail. He took about 1 1/2 hours to do the work and never slowed down. When finished he went over the door again to make sure all was ok. I was impressed with the response and Gary. I would recommend Precision to anyone who wants a quality job done right the first time. Thanks for making my door great again.

Great job by Gary, on a Saturday, when our garage door was stuck in the open position, he arrived quickly and fixed the problem, now it is better (and more quiet) than a new door. Excellent work!
