Ryan called, arrived on schedule. He helped me decide what was needed for one full door replacement that would hold up in high wind. He also helped plan some replacement for a door which is still useable but needs track and wheel work. Ryan was very courteous and amiable. I enjoyed visiting with him while we looked over the barn door problems. I felt like I had made a friend. Prices quoted were fair, and work schedule was clearly explained.

I called on a Sunday 4/30/17 and actually got a real person!! That's the first plus+. Second, I had an appointment scheduled in minutes and got a online confirmation for the next day 5/1/17. My appoint was at 4:00pm but I told the representative to call me if they could get here sooner. The representative (David) called me at 12:00pm and said he could be at my home in a hour if that was ok. he should up when promised, was clean, very professional, reviewed all the work necessary and completed putting on new springs and a control for garage door in less than a hour.... One Very Happy customer here... who would recommend Precision to you all!!

PDS: I'll give you 5 stars for the wonderful prompt service to my garage door. It was purchased from Overhead Garage Door in December 1987! Gary Lang called and arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. He explained the problems of age and promptly replaced parts to eliminate the "wobble" as the door went up and down. In the end the door moved much more quietly and steadily. And the whole process took just an hour.

Our technician, Gary Lang, was prompt, in fact he was EARLY, very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified multiple problems that a prior company had overlooked. Frayed cable, broken hinges and worn out rollers. He helped us with vehicle remotes that we had been unable to program. Gary provided information on maintenance issues and the best location for the transmitter. I highly recommend Precision and Gary, and would not hesitate to call them again!
