Have had ongoing issues with garage door for years & have used a few different service providers. Found Precision late on a friday when spring had broken & needed quick service. Precision had great customer service & resolved my problem very quickly. Had them back out a few weeks later to address a loud noise with door. Gary, the tech who came out both times exemplified what customer service should be. Explained & visually showed me the cause, recommended a couple of options; and has that garage door so quiet I have to check to make sure its running. Service on Saturday got my business initially and the prompt and courteous expertise will keep me as a loyal customer. Just the other day I pulled an "oops" by leaving my rake propped against the back bumper of the car. Pushed the button and groaned as the melee shot the rake onto the sensor onto the floor, dismantled. I tried to put it back together, 0 success. So I called, crossing my fingers, that Gary would be available. The next morning there he stood, my hero! Quick and efficient and very good with my dog George. On this call you were also made aware of the service fee for the Santa Fe area to drive to your location and inspect your door. Upon this inspection, the technician found that there was no power supplied to your opener (regardless of model). Our technicians come to each home with fully-stocked trucks to service almost any garage door need. Our service fee is competitively priced and allows us to offer quality service to our customers at the time of their need. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your experience. I needed to see what could be done for our garage door that is about 25 yrs old and has lived a good life, but now needs a replacement. Ryan was scheduled to be at our home and arrived right on time. He evaluated the door, gave me an estimate which was very reasonsble, made a temporary fix till the new door is installed. I would recommend Precision Doors as a 5 star company. Will do a follow-up after the door is installed. Based on the experience so far a great company and Ryan is the best.

I called in the morning when my garage door stopped working. I got an appointment in the afternoon and when the technician knew he would be late, due to work on another job, he called me to reschedule, called when on the way and again when he was 15 minutes away. That is customer service! In addition he quickly found and fixed the problem and identified it as a warranty issue. We will be calling this company next spring when we upgrade the other garage door.
