Spring broke at 10AM,Christmas Eve. Went to internet and saw Precision offering same day repair. Technician was at my home about 1230PM. Had it repaired in about an hour. Great service!

On a Sunday morning, we had a broken spring and obviously could not get the door open. Our door had previously also gotten to be pretty noisy. We called Precision and they promptly scheduled service, within 2 hours of our call. Although it was a Sunday, there was no additional upcharge or difficultly getting service. Gary came out, was professional, competent and efficient. My garage door works perfectly now and is really quiet (I decided to get the service that provided the lifetime warranty). I have used Precision multiple times and have been completely satisfied each time. If I have any other issues, I will certainly call Precision for help, as well as, recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I called on a Friday afternoon to see when I could get service. To my surprise I was immediately offered a Saturday morning appointment. The technician showed up promptly and did an excellent job. I really appreciated getting all the different estimates for repairs versus replacement. The work was done quickly and efficiently and my garage door opener is working great now. Had our garage door spring go out on us Friday night. Saturday morning I called precision garage door. They did a great job fitting us in last minute. They sent out gary that afternoon. He showed up promptly after his call to us. Gary was very professional and knowledgeable with our system. He worked quickly and efficiently. He also made sure the rest of the system was working properly. I am very pleased with precision garage door and would recommend them highly.

David was my service technician and he was wonderful. He called prior to his arrival and, through no fault of his own, was given the wrong address to my home. I had sold that property years ago. It was entirely the fault of the CSR I spoke with to arrange my appointment. She did not confirm the address, did not understand the purpose of my request, even though I repeated it more than once and had her repeat it. I was VERY dissatisfied with her attitude, rushing through my call, not paying attention to my need. The tape of my call needs to be reviewed by her supervisor and how she dealt with this call. Being in customer service for over 20 years, I know the first call by a customer is as important as the service provided by the technician. David, thinking he was close to my home, found out he was clear on the other side of town! After explaining to David the issues of my initial call, he said he would speak with his supervisor. As for David, he was great. I explained what I wanted and needed and he understood and got to work promptly. Before starting, David went over the charges and made sure I understood the work that was being performed. He was professional, friendly and did a thorough job on what I requested. David is a great asset as an employee to your company and I hope he is recognized for his overall professionalism.

The repair technician (Lorenzo Herrera) was very courteous and professional. I advised him that I performed trouble shooting first before calling the company for repair. There were 7 flashes which showed the remedy to re-set the open and close limits. Error occurred again then that's when I called for repair. Mr Herrera did several tests on the unit by removing the circuit board and replacing it with a brand new one. That didn't work. Then he brainstormed to figure out what to do exit. He removed the entire control unit and replaced it with a brand new unit. He tested several times just to ensure that the unit is workable. I told the technician that I forgot my passcode then he reset it for me. I entered a new passcode then tested to make sure it opened from the outside. I'm happy with the service performed by Mr Herrera. Thank You very much!

Not impressed with on site customer service experience. Service tech was cocky, and would talk over me, not allowing me to explain. Was charged for service call on what I believe is a warranty service claim.
