Everything you read in these positive reviews is accurate. Although my home is slightly outside the normal working radius of this company, they had somebody at my house in less than 24 hours. Lorenzo was our technician, and he was friendly, professional, and very informative. I did end up buying a new garage door, as ours had been hit by a car. It could have been limped along for a while, but I felt like the quote for the new door was quite reasonable. The follow-up communication from the company was efficient and informative. I never had to wonder about the status and progress of this job.

I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door employees. The company responded to my phone call the same day. The appointment was scheduled for the very next day at a time most convenient for me. The service technician call about 20-30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and very courteous worked diligently and completed the repairs to my utmost satisfaction. One thing I took notice of was the fact that the service technician did not try to sell me any extras. I appreciate that. I will definitely call them again should the need arise. I highly recommend them.

We actually use our garage as a garage, so when our opener broke on a Friday night, I was concerned that it would be out of commission for a while. I called Precision at 10pm on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for 1pm the next day. Our technician, Ryan, arrived on time and was able to troubleshoot the issue very quickly. The motor on our opener had failed so Ryan started to install a new opener. He also mentioned that our springs were at the end of life and that I should consider having them replaced. After doing some independent research I agreed, so Ryan replaced them as well. The entire installation took less than 3 hours and we are very satisfied with the results. The new opener operates much better than our previous Genie that was 10 years old. I had one little hiccup trying to program the new opener to my Chevy Silverado universal remote, but Gary, another one of Precision's great Techs was able to help me get it working.

The response time to my request to have an appointment scheduled for an estimate was much quicker than I expected. Within 5 minutes of making the request online, I got a call to schedule an appointment the following day. The representative that confirmed the information with me provided SUPERIOR Customer Service and genuine care. Ryan came to my home and was professional, friendly, clear in his estimate, understanding, empathetic, and able to provide a FAIR estimate, and did so in a quick manner. The email for the quote was promptly sent and received. The flexibility of the company to replace my current "death trap" is amazing, and I wont have to take off work, as I can have someone here while the job is getting done.
