All of the company employees with whom I had contact were nice, courteous people who worked to see that I was able to have the garage door I needed ordered and installed. The 2 men who installed the door worked quickly and cleaned up the work area before they left. They also made sure I understood the workings of my new door before leaving. I was very happy with this company and would recommend.

Gary had replaced my opener last summer, and did a splendid job. The entire door mechanism came with the original house, and is now over 30 years old. When the spring broke, I naturally called Precision to fix things.

5 Stars for Precision. Our springs on our door busted last night and we could not open the door to get our cars out. I called at 7:00 am and Gary Lang was out by 9:00 am. Repairs completed. He was informative, professional and very nice guy. Thank you for your great service!! He replaced the torsion spring assembly.

Fantastic customer experience! We called this morning and got an appointment for this afternoon. Rudy was early and called to see if that was okay. He came and explained our options thoroughly to us; we decided on the spot and he had our new (and amazingly quiet and smooth) garage door opener installed in 30 minutes. After a great tutorial on the system, we were up and running. Rudy was friendly, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Will recommend Precision without reservation and will use them again when the need arises. Thank you!

On time, knew exactly what the problem was. Good idea of what replacement cost would be. Did not try to sell me a complete replacement system. Professional.

Same day service, even though I didn't call until 11:00 am. Technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable and explained my options. He fixed my problem at minimal cost, but was honest about potential future issues with my particular door. I'll call them again if I need further assistance.

We had 5 star service from Precision Door. They responded quickly and on time. The service person, Rudy diagnosed the problem and gave us clear options and an accurate quote on the cost needed to get our door working properly again. We chose to have a new motor & belt installed. Wthin 40 minutes the door was running perfectly and quietly. Thanks.

This company is just wonderful to work with. Just hours after my teenager backed through our double garage door, Precision was there to get the vehicle out and a very accurate estimate. After working things out with our insurance, they had the new door installed within 3 days. The install was done in less then 2 hours. Great guys - no hassle. I will highly recommend to others. Thanks!

We have just moved to Santa Fe. Those positive customer reviews about Precision are very helpful. I am totally happy with the service Gary provided. The rodent- guard weatherstrip was installed very successfully even we had a not leveled floor there. I also learned about their Preventive Maintenance Programs. Thank you, Gary!

This company is by far the best, We as a company have used numerous vendors in the past to repair our automated garage doors that usually overcharge and never do a good enough job, Precision is very affordable and dependable company that will be on time exactly when they schedule and have you up and running in that same day. Trust me when I say this company is going to treat you like family.
