Got the $99 Groupon for inspection, lube and new rollers. Gary Lang arrived early after calling first, gave me an understandable assessment of my door, opener, and springs. Performed the inspection, lube and roller replacement quickly and cleanly. Even had time to install a new door seal at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use Precision for my future garage door/opener needs.

The spring on my garage door broke one evening and my car was trapped inside! I called Precision Door Service at about 9 pm and they actually answered the phone, and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. They showed up exactly on time and were very professional. I called for a estimate based on your Angie's List ratings. I am not going to use your services due to the price quoted. Your estimate was over $250 more than what I was quoted from a Sears, Lowes and Home Depot for similarly equipped and featured garage door openers.

Our opener price includes professional installation as well and removal/recycling of your old opener and rail. I was rather irate because the previous service man did not address my concerns about the door and did a "quick fix". Will, however, listened to my issues that I was still having. We just bought a house which was bank-owned, and the previous owners had taken the garage door opener with them. What I did not know was that the springs were also broken. Craig was very professional and quickly determined what was needed. He installed a new opener along with the spring system in just a couple hours. This belt-driven system is the quietest garage opener I've heard, and even slows down just before it gets to the fully-open or fully-closed position, to avoid extra wear and tear.
