Our garage door opening mechanism decided to break on a Saturday evening. We were anxious, as we couldn't even get the garage door to close. I called your phone number, talked to your secretary, and within about an hour your technician (Gary) arrived. He was very courteous, professional and worked hard and efficiently. And he explained to us how everything works. We purchased the package with two new springs, remote controllers, new rollers and hardware, a digital keypad transmitter, and a super quiet belt drive motor--and everything with a lifetime warranty (we like the sound of that). We are very appreciative of your great service and the way you do business. Thank you very much!

Rudy arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed my garage door and opener and provided information on everything I asked about. After installation of the new opener he took time to explain it all and make sure that I understood. There is additional maintenance that needs to be done on the garage door at a later date and I will definitely call Precision and ask for Rudy!

Rudy was the service technician who responded to my request for service. He was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem as soon as he walked into the garage. He explained to me quite clearly, what needed to be done and what it would cost. I approved the "fix" and Rudy went to work to fix the problem. When he completed the work the door worked like new. A nice young man.

He found and coordinated everything with the general contractor (who was also awesome) and everything was done in no time. The whole project went smoothly. Will Farmerie did a terrific job installing a new Liftmaster 8550 steel belted opener. Very professional approach by the company from the scheduling to the completion of the job. Email notifications and verifications from start to finish above anything I have experienced from a service company. The company owner emailed a thank you and a sincere request to call him if any problems.

Precision quoted me a price of $700 to replace a torsion spring. Went to a different door company and they quoted $270 to replace torsion spring with a different spring(not a torsion spring) and the door works great now. Why precision did not offer this option I do not know. I would not recommend precision to anyone since they didnt seem to care about the cost to their customer.

Outstanding service. Just got back from vacation, and my garage door was malfunctioning. I thought I have to wait till Monday to get the door repaired. Fortunately, Precision Door Service was available on Sunday. The service tech quickly replaced the old model and installed a better garage door opener within an hour or two. He took the time to demonstrate features and show me the operations of the garage door opener. I highly recommended their services.

I purchased a Big Deal for garage door maintenance. I called Precision Garage Door and scheduled my appointment. Five minutes later, I received an email telling me who my technician would be including a picture. Rudy was scheduled to arrive between 12 and 2. He called around 11 to say he was ahead of schedule and ask if he could come earlier. He was there within 15 minutes of the phone call and got straight to work. Within minutes, Rudy realized that my door mechanism was seriously compromised and needed replacement. He quoted me a price and was willing to leave and let me think it over or do the work then and there. Perhaps I should have shopped around at that point, but Rudy was there and had all the equipment and parts to do the repair so I moved ahead. Rudy replaced the entire mechanism inside 40 minutes and it functions perfectly. Rudy was polite, communicative, and highly efficient. While I may not be pleased about having to unexpectedly shell out $700 to fix my garage door, I could not be happier with Rudy and the service provided by Precision Garage Door. I suspect that had I shopped around, I could have found a better price, but for this level of service and professionalism, I'm willing to pay a premium.

The technician (Rudy) was very courteous and amiable. He arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment after asking if someone would be available. He was able to troubleshoot the issue with the opener in less than five minutes and had it fixed in two blinks of an eye. He also made some suggestions for basic care of the rollers and hinges to make them last longer and work more efficiently. Based on my service call, I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

There are several things that I found to be outstanding: First, same day service which was awesome. Second, an email with a notification of who was coming to my door, what he looked like, and other possible technicians who might come in his place. It was a piece of mind knowing who was coming to my door. Will was great! He was fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Third, I thought the pricing was reasonable and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Will had everything he needed on his truck. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their garage door!
