Excellent! On Friday, I had maintenance scheduled with another company for Sunday morning. I received a last-minute call telling me they couldn't make it. I called Precision approximately 9:30 am and was told they could have someone dispatched by 10:00 AM. Called Precision to evaluate my old Stanley garage door opener which was approx 25yo. And started giving me issues. I figured I was going to have it replaced. James came within the time frame slotted, James was very friendly, cordial and very knowledgeable, he started evaluating the cause of my issue right away and could have possibly repaired the old Stanley but I decided to go with one of the new belt garage door openers. James had everything installed within an hour and the old system taken down. I had used Precision in the past (broken spring) and im glad I called them again.
