Saturday July 20 at 3:30 PM. Mainspring broke. Could not open the garage door. Called Precision at 4:30 PM. They could have a man here Sunday 8:00-10:00 AM. Man showed up at 8:20 AM. Diagnosed problem. Prepared 3 quotes, basic, mid-upper level, upper level. I accepted hybrid mid-upper w/some upper level options. Man started word 8:50 AM, completed 9:30 AM. Even though it was a Sunday this was a routine service call, nothing special because it was a Sunday. Could not ask for anything better.

Excellent! On Friday, I had maintenance scheduled with another company for Sunday morning. I received a last-minute call telling me they couldn't make it. I called Precision approximately 9:30 am and was told they could have someone dispatched by 10:00 AM. Shortly after 10:00 I received a call from the technician notifying me he would arrive in about 20 minutes. James M. arrived when expected and very expertly and efficiently accomplished the necessary repair. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and James M. in particular!

Called Precision to evaluate my old Stanley garage door opener which was approx 25yo. And started giving me issues. I figured I was going to have it replaced. James came within the time frame slotted, James was very friendly, cordial and very knowledgeable, he started evaluating the cause of my issue right away and could have possibly repaired the old Stanley but I decided to go with one of the new belt garage door openers. James had everything installed within an hour and the old system taken down. I had used Precision in the past (broken spring) and im glad I called them again.
