Called Precision to evaluate my old Stanley garage door opener which was approx 25yo. And started giving me issues. I figured I was going to have it replaced. James came within the time frame slotted, James was very friendly, cordial and very knowledgeable, he started evaluating the cause of my issue right away and could have possibly repaired the old Stanley but I decided to go with one of the new belt garage door openers. James had everything installed within an hour and the old system taken down. I had used Precision in the past (broken spring) and im glad I called them again. They are punctional, professional, knowledgeable and pricing I consider fair. Thank you James for a job well done

James was an excellent communicator both texting and calling with his estimated arrival time. He immediately was able to diagnose my problem which required a new spring loaded system to operate my door. James didn’t try to “up-sell” me any new equipment (ie motor) although I will likely need one in the near future. I would definitely use precision Door again when needed.

James was super friendly and helpful and he fixed my garage door problem in a very short time. This is my second time to call you and I have been so pleased both times. Precision was recommended to me by several friends a few years ago, and I would pass along that recommendation too. Great company, great experience, great service.

My spring broke on a Friday afternoon with my car stuck inside my garage. I needed to find someone who could fix it over the weekend otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until Wednesday due to a stucco project starting Monday. I went to the Chat on Precision’s site to check availability. They got James out here Saturday morning and I was up and running in an hour. James was quick, professional, friendly and helpful. I was given 3 options for other items on the garage door that would be helpful for performance or maintenance. I was able to make the selection of what I wanted done with absolutely no pressure to do more. I highly recommend Precision.

We would like to say thank you to James, Magee , the way he went through step-by-step on what was wrong with our garage door, and what might need changing what is incredible. I learn more about garage doors than I ever had known when it was all said, and done this garage door was set to perfection. You can’t hardly even hear it roll up and down, so thank you for all your advice and thank you for getting us set up and it’s nice to have a 10 year warranty and know that our garage door is finally put up the right way with the right parts. Thanks James great job.

One of our garage doors died and Precision was able to come out the next morning! It had been a while since we had used Precision Garage Door and we received the same wonderful and efficient service. James, the technician, was extremely pleasant and professional and provided three different options at differing levels of cost for our project. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand what was entailed with each option. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
