I called late in the afternoon, and the technician was here early the next morning! James was knowledgeable, presented me with options, and I chose what I could afford. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t do the “hard sell” routine. It’s only been a day, but I can already see and hear a BIG difference in how the door functions. I’m happy!????

James replaced the keypad and then left a quote for the brush seal. He came back today to do the brush seal. He was on time for both calls, accomplished both in a timely manner, and didn’t leave any mess either time.

Used them 5 years ago to install a new garage door and was pleased with the installer equipment and company and quality of the product so it was only natural I’d call them when I had a problem. The repairman was courteous and professional and quickly solved my problem.

I discovered my garage door was broken on Sunday night. Called the number thinking I would only be able to leave a message, but was instead able to schedule service for noon the next day. James arrived early in the time window I was given and did a great job having the repair completed quickly.

Great customer service. The technician, James, texted when he was on his way. He arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, which was nice. He explained the different options for the repairs needed and provided detailed quotes for each option. He worked quickly and efficiently and the repair for both doors took a little over an hour. I'm very pleased with the way the doors turned out. James was very kind, courteous and professional.

Superb service. I called them on a Sunday afternoon. They arrived within 2 hours and fixed my garage door opener, which had to be replaced. I was not charged extra for weekend service. I don't know of any other business that provides such good service. They are always there when you need them.

We had an emergency garage door issue and this is so not in my wheelhouse. I couldn't afford the new door yet but James got me up and running until I can save for a new door. They will get my business for the new door (already picked one out). Thanks much James. You rock.
