Hi my name is Jeffrey Peres. I was born and raised on the military base of Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Island. I came to the states when I was 13 years old. I spent most of my youth and adulthood in Las Vegas NM. I now live in Rio Rancho with my beautiful wife and 3 beautiful children. I’ve worked varieties of trades and found my love working as a garage door technician. I have 10 plus years in the Industry. I take pride in my work and enjoy solving any problems customers may have.

the service was professional, the employee was well informed of the problem, fixed it quickly and tested the repair a few times making sure it worked. The repair was setting the codes, the door opened but when it shut, it came right back up. would not stay closed. I'm very happy with the visit except I thought the price was a little high for what was wrong. But we needed to have it fixed. thank you and great job the Tech did.

Precision installed our garage door 3 years ago. One of the end garage door rollers broke off and left the corner of the garage door hanging down. I called Precision and technician Jeffrey came out within an hour and got it fixed, what great service! :)

I am very happy with the service provided by PDS. My call was answered very fast and the work was done perfectly. I was told that the worker would come between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, but the worker came right after I made my call within 15 minutes of my call, which was really amazing. I was totally impressed by the professional service by Jeff this morning. He completely analyzed my problem as a broken spring but further pointed out other necessary service's and repairs that were needed. He basically performed a complete rebuilding and replacement of all the components needed and replaced them with my approval.

Radio ad on house of strauss Door had to be readjusted in order to close properly. Then my opener installed in 2011 not by Precision stopped working correctly. Tech they sent out said module needed replacing claiming the opener was installed in 02. Unfortunately he read the code incorrectly. Since I used up all the money I had the door opener will not be fixed and now is useless to me. So if you are having a new door put in plan on having to replace your opener too. Sorry I even had the door replaced the other one was old but everything worked.

Thank you for sending Jeff out to realign the garage door that Kevin installed. Your company stood behind your guarantee. The door now doesn't make the noise that started after a few days. The bottom weather stripping became twisted but Jeff realigned the braces for the tracks so the rollers moved together instead of slightly crooked. I wish that Jeff had been the original installer he seemed much more experienced than Kevin. But I'm sure that with time Kevin will become proficient too.
