I completed my Automotive Technology diploma with WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming and went on to spend 8 years in the automotive industry, restoring and building high-performance classic cars in Austin, Texas, and Albuquerque. Restoring a classic car from the ground up instilled in me, attention to detail, the value of quality products, and excellence in craftsmanship. They came when they said they would, with no waiting. They said they would be at my home between 2 and 4 pm. Usually with other companies that means a call at 3:59 and 30 seconds to announce that they will be late, causing uncertainty and frustration. But this guy came at exactly 2 pm. Bravo. Then I got what I was looking for: a tuneup on the big door and a fix on the small door with other options for the future articulated. OFten a repair guy will be put out but this guy stayed calm the whole time, able to multi task my oversight and conversation with his need to focus on the task at hand, without getting bristly, as so many repair people from Albuquerque do. I highly recommend this service, only $59 for a tuneup.

I used Precision Doors' product and service in the past, and I plan to use their service again to replace old garage doors at my new home. I am not so sure whether it was the owner himself, but it was years ago when my garage door malfunctioned, and he came over to trouble-shoot and fix it. Despite the time he spent, he declined to charge for his visit. Since then, I have been using this company. Trust-worthy people and service.

Tony did an excellent job. He was professional and a cool dude. I had sent Precision a email on a Saturday and was called that night and PDC set up an appointment for the next day. When Tony arrived I was expecting just a quote but he did the install that day which was a bonus. An hour and a half install and he was able to install a door opener I had already bought another bonus. Anyone I know that has a garage door/opener problem I'm going to refer Precision. Thanks.

I have been using Precision Overhead garage services for years. I highly recommend this business for all your garage needs. They are always available, to handle emergencies, like the one I had today. (My remote controller was broken and needed to be replaced and Precision took care of that problem for me promptly. All in all, Precision is a good company, they are priced fairly and their workers, from the initial phone consult for help, to the actual technician who responds to your job, are all rated 5 stars in my book. That is why I keep calling them back whenever I have garage related issues.

Excellent service. Technician notified us when he had completed his previous job and was available earlier than the appointed time we had scheduled. He gave us a couple of purchase options to select from. Once I chose the unit I wanted, he installed it quickly and professionally, thoroughly cleaning up after he was done. He gave a good walk-thru on how the new unit worked and took the time to program the opener into our two cars' remote systems. Job well done! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Tony Acker did a great job of inspecting my existing garage door opener and presented several options available to repair and refurbish it. I opted for a new motor.
