I completed my Automotive Technology diploma with WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming and went on to spend 8 years in the automotive industry, restoring and building high-performance classic cars in Austin, Texas, and Albuquerque. Restoring a classic car from the ground up instilled in me, attention to detail, the value of quality products, and excellence in craftsmanship. I have been using Precision Overhead garage services for years. I highly recommend this business for all your garage needs. They are always available, to handle emergencies, like the one I had today. (My remote controller was broken and needed to be replaced and Precision took care of that problem for me promptly. All in all, Precision is a good company, they are priced fairly and their workers, from the initial phone consult for help, to the actual technician who responds to your job, are all rated 5 stars in my book. That is why I keep calling them back whenever I have garage related issues.

Excellent service. Technician notified us when he had completed his previous job and was available earlier than the appointed time we had scheduled. He gave us a couple of purchase options to select from. Once I chose the unit I wanted, he installed it quickly and professionally, thoroughly cleaning up after he was done. He gave a good walk-thru on how the new unit worked and took the time to program the opener into our two cars' remote systems. Job well done! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I was very pleased with the work done by Precision. I called around 9 am for service and the work was completed around 12:30 pm the same day. Lightning fast! I had door rollers replaced and a new door opener installed. Can't believe how quiet it is. Tony, the serviceman was polite and neat about his work including cleaning up all the packaging and old equipment. He also made sure that I had the app installed on my phone and knew how to use it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Wow! My garage spring broke and I called first thing in the morning. Someone came out at noon (he was actually early!) and it was totally fixed by two and I was on my way. They called and sent a text ahead of time, with the tech's information and picture which I thought was very professional. I highly recommend!!

While the durability of the spring set that came with the originally installed door was less than wonderful, the service experience from Precision was exemplary. Their tech arrived early in the 8-10am cycle and sent a photo along with a bio to ensure he was bonafide. The repair solution, while it seemed pricey, was worth it, including a lifetime warranty. In and out in less than an hour. Good job!
