I completed my Automotive Technology diploma with WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming and went on to spend 8 years in the automotive industry, restoring and building high-performance classic cars in Austin, Texas, and Albuquerque. Restoring a classic car from the ground up instilled in me, attention to detail, the value of quality products, and excellence in craftsmanship. While the durability of the spring set that came with the originally installed door was less than wonderful, the service experience from Precision was exemplary. Their tech arrived early in the 8-10am cycle and sent a photo along with a bio to ensure he was bonafide. The repair solution, while it seemed pricey, was worth it, including a lifetime warranty. In and out in less than an hour. Good job!

I can't say enough good things about Precision and specifically Tony A., the installer who retrofitted one broken garage door opening mechanism and replaced two old door openers at our house. Tony was very professional in describing what are my options to repairing my 13 year old garage door opener! He was very efficient in replacing my opener and also in replacing my worn out springs and rollers! I would highly recommend Precision and Tony for any garage door repairs!!

Wow! My garage spring broke and I called first thing in the morning. Someone came out at noon (he was actually early!) and it was totally fixed by two and I was on my way. They called and sent a text ahead of time, with the tech's information and picture which I thought was very professional. I highly recommend!!
