Fernando was our technician and he did a great job on a 20 year old motor. He told me exactly what he was doing and what to expect from the tune up. He could have sold me a new motor, but felt it was worth trying to make the necessary adjustments before making the larger financial investment. This gave me time to save up $$$ for when the motor would no longer be repaired. Fernando was polite and completed adjustments in a timely manner. Great service. Thank you.

I called Percision this morning because my garage door would not open. THey sent out a technican Frankie L. to check on the problem in less than an hour. Frankie came in and saw the problem in about 1 min and explained to me what had happen. Then we talked about what was needed to complete the job and he also took care of some other issues to keep my garage door running smoothly and he even set my remote to work in my car. Love that idea in case I forget my remote I have one in the car. He was very friendly and professional. He did the work as he stated that needed to be done and did not try to pick out things I didn't need. I appreciate that in a good business company. Me and my mom are both happy.

I have used your company in the past and was very pleased with the results. However,this recent time I was not entirely satisfied. When I called to have work done I asked what the charges would be and I was told a price,which when the tech arrived was not true. I asked why and he said that he needed an adapter for the bottom of the door to do the job. Should have been told of this possibility when I called for appointment. Upshot was that this job cost 3 times what I was quoted. I felt that I was trapped into doing this repair because if I declined it would still cost me $80. The tech said it was already figured into the bill, very misleading. Will not use your company again,although was done satisfactorily.

Mr. Michael Glenn came and inspected my double car garage door because it was making a horrible popping sound, the result of metal panels on the sectional door rubbing excessively on each other. He clearly explained what was going on with the door(20 years old) and made a few adjustments to help improve the situation, though he was unable to provide me with a long term solution. Unfortunately, the door needs to be replaced. HIs explanation was clear and obvious as he showed me the problems the door had. I appreciate his insight and felt he was a very honest person.
