Frankie and Matt arrived at my home promptly in the morning. They listened to my issues, concerns and needs before adequately assessing the situation with my garage door. They gave me two very clear estimates and allowed me to choose which worked best for me. They then completed the job within the hour and gave me instructions on maintenance. They were professional, thorough in their work and had very good senses of humor, making it an overall fun and fairly painless process. Thanks guys for a job well done!

After 21 years one of my garage door openers died. I first called the company that had installed the original. I was promised a call back after two hours I called again and got forwarded to 3 different people and could not get an answer only that an expensive service call would be needed. I called Precision next and I could not believe the response. The lady that answered the phone was great and right on the ball. I was really impressed with her. She said a service call would be substantially less than the first quote and she was able to give me price estimates for new openers. Then the real kicker was when she said a tech could be out in a couple hours! Tony showed up in less than the estimated time and confirmed the old unit was dead and installed a new opener and door rollers. Tony was friendly, fast, and efficient. I was pleased with every aspect of this job.
