When it comes service and knowledge there is absolutely nothing they are not able to overcome. Professional, competent and courteous. Same day service and arrived earlier than scheduled. This is the second visit that they have completed. Just as expertly done as the first visit. Both our garage doors run beautifully and barely emit just a whisper of noise. I have used your company in the past and was very pleased with the results. However,this recent time I was not entirely satisfied. When I called to have work done I asked what the charges would be and I was told a price,which when the tech arrived was not true. I asked why and he said that he needed an adapter for the bottom of the door to do the job. Should have been told of this possibility when I called for appointment. Upshot was that this job cost 3 times what I was quoted. I felt that I was trapped into doing this repair because if I declined it would still cost me $80. The tech said it was already figured into the bill, very misleading. Will not use your company again,although was done satisfactorily.

Mr. Michael Glenn came and inspected my double car garage door because it was making a horrible popping sound, the result of metal panels on the sectional door rubbing excessively on each other. He clearly explained what was going on with the door(20 years old) and made a few adjustments to help improve the situation, though he was unable to provide me with a long term solution. Unfortunately, the door needs to be replaced. HIs explanation was clear and obvious as he showed me the problems the door had. I appreciate his insight and felt he was a very honest person.

Excellent! On Friday, I had maintenance scheduled with another company for Sunday morning. I received a last-minute call telling me they couldn't make it. I called Precision approximately 9:30 am and was told they could have someone dispatched by 10:00 AM. Shortly after 10:00 I received a call from the technician notifying me he would arrive in about 20 minutes. James M. arrived when expected and very expertly and efficiently accomplished the necessary repair. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and James M. in particular!
