Called Precision to evaluate my old Stanley garage door opener which was approx 25yo. And started giving me issues. I figured I was going to have it replaced. James came within the time frame slotted, James was very friendly, cordial and very knowledgeable, he started evaluating the cause of my issue right away and could have possibly repaired the old Stanley but I decided to go with one of the new belt garage door openers. James had everything installed within an hour and the old system taken down. I had used Precision in the past (broken spring) and im glad I called them again. They are punctional, professional, knowledgeable and pricing I consider fair. Thank you James for a job well done

James was an excellent communicator both texting and calling with his estimated arrival time. He immediately was able to diagnose my problem which required a new spring loaded system to operate my door. James didn’t try to “up-sell” me any new equipment (ie motor) although I will likely need one in the near future. I would definitely use precision Door again when needed.
