Door rollers popping out of the track and the door 'dragged' badly when opening or closing. Mike came out and had the rollers replaced, door aligned and everything tightened up and lubed - in about 40 minutes! Super fast and the door is smoothly operating as new! Fast and courteous service from appointment to job completed! And... VERY reasonably priced! Thanks for a job well done! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Technician(Tony) was very pleasant and professional. Did complete inspection. Replaced worn out safety eye and replaced lightbulbs with those designed for a garage door. No problems since. Would definitely use again. Some years back they replaced my garage door and service was just as efficient and pleasant.

My spring broke on a Friday afternoon with my car stuck inside my garage. I needed to find someone who could fix it over the weekend otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until Wednesday due to a stucco project starting Monday. I went to the Chat on Precision’s site to check availability. They got James out here Saturday morning and I was up and running in an hour. James was quick, professional, friendly and helpful. I was given 3 options for other items on the garage door that would be helpful for performance or maintenance. I was able to make the selection of what I wanted done with absolutely no pressure to do more. I highly recommend Precision.

A few years ago, this company was available after hours installed my new garage door opener and always very helpful. Today my service was for regular inspection , maintenance and install a new smart garage video keypad the technician showed me how to use it and how to install the battery when it needs to be recharged.
