I had a situation with my door, it wouldn't close. I called this morning and got an appointment for this morning. The appointment was between 4-6 p.m. today. Tech Frankie was here by 3:15, solved my problem with ease and my door works like brand new. Thank you Frankie and Precision Door Awesome job! keep up the great work.

Thank you for the quick and professional response I received today for my failing garage door. I called Precision about 8:30 this morning and James was at my house at 2 that afternoon! James is a respectful and professional employee of Precision. A few improvements were needed and my garage door is in good working order. I may also do one or two other improvements before I have to make another emergency call. There was no salesman talk from James. Only information! I appreciate that.
