Excellent! On Friday, I had maintenance scheduled with another company for Sunday morning. I received a last-minute call telling me they couldn't make it. I called Precision approximately 9:30 am and was told they could have someone dispatched by 10:00 AM. Shortly after 10:00 I received a call from the technician notifying me he would arrive in about 20 minutes. James M. arrived when expected and very expertly and efficiently accomplished the necessary repair. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and James M. in particular!

Lorenzo and Fernando were terrific. They arrived promptly for an issue involving our garage door. Upon arrival they corrected our problem and helped us recognize an impending problem. My garage door opener had been acting up for several days before I called Precision. Luckily I was able to get an appointment that same day. As the appointment time approached, Lorenzo called to say he was running a bit earlier than expected and would it be OK if he came by earlier than planned. Of course it would be OK. When he arrived we discussed the problems I had been experiencing with the existing door opener; the door not opening correctly, opening in small increments, not closing, etc. Given that this opener had been installed 35 years ago, I figured it didn’t own me much. So we segued right into the options of replacing the existing Raynor device with a new LiftMaster. As luck would have it, Lorenzo had all the components needed right in his truck, and immediately went to work. A little over an hour later not only was the new opener already working, but the remotes had been programmed, the keypad set up, the iPhone app installed and operating on my phone and the HomeLink button in my Subaru reprogrammed, all without a hitch. Being a belt drive unit (versus the previous chain) it is also significantly more quiet than the old unit. Throughout all this, Lorenzo was fully professional and courteous. Every scrap of the old system was cleaned up and removed without hesitation. He even checked all the existing door fasteners and lubed all the rollers for the door. I am beyond happy with the service provided by Precision, and Lorenzo in particular. Seriously folks, if you need garage door or opener work, these are your go-to guys!
