I often receive coupons from Valu- Pack for A-1 garage door and seen their trucks in my neighborhood. Guess name is now owned by another company. I was in dire straits as garage wasn't at all operable and without hesitation i called and within an hour a very nice, professional gentleman was at my home. In under an hour all new parts placed and fully operable. Being all materials, spring, etc. were 24 years old all needed replacing. Installer was knowledgeable and confident and explained my options for the repair of my damaged garage door panel which would open but would not close. These guys came out in a snowstorm to replace our 23-year-old garage door opener. Gave me a quote, did the work cleaned up and were out in an hour. Wow! I called and 2 hours later Tony showed up to fix the issue. It wasn't an easy fix like I had hoped, but he explained the problem in detail and gave me options for repair. In around an hour the project was completed and the result is quite an improvement to what we had been dealing with. We are very pleased.

Spring repair. Technician left the resident; however, I attempted to operate the garage door that now won't fully close, stops at 4/5th point and automatically goes back up. Rail sensors appear to be operating normally. Technician returning to resident to repair on 1-16-25 after 4:30 pm.
