I often receive coupons from Valu- Pack for A-1 garage door and seen their trucks in my neighborhood. Guess name is now owned by another company. I was in dire straits as garage wasn't at all operable and without hesitation i called and within an hour a very nice, professional gentleman was at my home. In under an hour all new parts placed and fully operable. Being all materials, spring, etc. were 24 years old all needed replacing. Installer was knowledgeable and confident and explained my options for the repair of my damaged garage door panel which would open but would not close. These guys came out in a snowstorm to replace our 23-year-old garage door opener. Gave me a quote, did the work cleaned up and were out in an hour. PLUS, the guy that did the work was a super nice guy and we had a great talk while he installed the new opener. Wow! I called and 2 hours later Tony showed up to fix the issue. It wasn't an easy fix like I had hoped, but he explained the problem in detail and gave me options for repair. In around an hour the project was completed and the result is quite an improvement to what we had been dealing with. We are very pleased.

Spring repair. Technician left the resident; however, I attempted to operate the garage door that now won't fully close, stops at 4/5th point and automatically goes back up. Rail sensors appear to be operating normally. Technician returning to resident to repair on 1-16-25 after 4:30 pm.

I really liked my technician but when the job was done I had a noisy garage door when it opened with one wheel not on the track. Ergo, a perfect working garage door which I had installed 10 years ago now acted like it had spasms and would leap out of the track.

I called the office to schedule a routine inspection and service call, fully expecting to wait a couple of weeks to get on their schedule. She told me that they had a tech in Santa Fe that could swing by between four and six today to do the service work. Lorenzo called me shortly after and said he could be there earlier if I would be around. He showed up promptly, was very courteous, and did all the work needed and even adjusted some of the brackets that were a little off. I am a retired builder and would highly recommend precision door to anyone looking for top quality overhead doors. Gary runs a service oriented business, which unfortunately is rare these days.
