Excellent! On Friday, I had maintenance scheduled with another company for Sunday morning. I received a last-minute call telling me they couldn't make it. I called Precision approximately 9:30 am and was told they could have someone dispatched by 10:00 AM. Shortly after 10:00 I received a call from the technician notifying me he would arrive in about 20 minutes. James M. arrived when expected and very expertly and efficiently accomplished the necessary repair. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and James M. in particular!

Michael Glenn was an excellent technician. Thank you. Also, Julie and Anna made it easy to schedule the appointment. Another plus, rather than have to give up a lot of the day waiting for someone to come, Michael came early and finished quickly and efficiently. Finally, especially as the service call was for Sunday, the price was exceptionally reasonable . . . no after-hours bump on the price.

Lorenzo and Fernando were terrific. They arrived promptly for an issue involving our garage door. Upon arrival they corrected our problem and helped us recognize an impending problem. Trusting their diagnosis we committed to resolving our issues. They immediately took action and several hours later completed the job. Following completion, Lorenzo carefully explained the solutions and adjustments that had been made. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we have received from Precision. Kudos to the team.

This was the 3rd time we have used your company. The first time was due to the old doors not working well. The 2nd time was for the installation of our new doors. This last time was due to an issue that arose with the new doors. The people who have come to our house are always, professional and informative. It was easy to get someone out to our home. They have always been on time. We will keep using Precision garage door as long as we have garage doors. Very Highly recommend them.
