Great customer service. The technician, James, texted when he was on his way. He arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, which was nice. He explained the different options for the repairs needed and provided detailed quotes for each option. He worked quickly and efficiently and the repair for both doors took a little over an hour. I'm very pleased with the way the doors turned out. James was very kind, courteous and professional.

We have used Precision for all of our garage door servicing, which has been excellent. I called early Monday morning, and the technician arrived at 10:00 to fix the problem with the remote. Superb service. I called them on a Sunday afternoon. They arrived within 2 hours and fixed my garage door opener, which had to be replaced. I was not charged extra for weekend service. I don't know of any other business that provides such good service. They are always there when you need them.
