Door rollers popping out of the track and the door 'dragged' badly when opening or closing. Mike came out and had the rollers replaced, door aligned and everything tightened up and lubed - in about 40 minutes! Super fast and the door is smoothly operating as new! Fast and courteous service from appointment to job completed! And... VERY reasonably priced! Thanks for a job well done! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Technician(Tony) was very pleasant and professional. Did complete inspection. Replaced worn out safety eye and replaced lightbulbs with those designed for a garage door. No problems since. Would definitely use again. Some years back they replaced my garage door and service was just as efficient and pleasant.

My spring broke on a Friday afternoon with my car stuck inside my garage. I needed to find someone who could fix it over the weekend otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until Wednesday due to a stucco project starting Monday. I went to the Chat on Precision’s site to check availability. They got James out here Saturday morning and I was up and running in an hour. James was quick, professional, friendly and helpful. I was given 3 options for other items on the garage door that would be helpful for performance or maintenance. I was able to make the selection of what I wanted done with absolutely no pressure to do more. I highly recommend Precision.

We would like to say thank you to James, Magee , the way he went through step-by-step on what was wrong with our garage door, and what might need changing what is incredible. I learn more about garage doors than I ever had known when it was all said, and done this garage door was set to perfection. You can’t hardly even hear it roll up and down, so thank you for all your advice and thank you for getting us set up and it’s nice to have a 10 year warranty and know that our garage door is finally put up the right way with the right parts. Your tech was on time and evaluated the problem quickly. He gave me some options to solve the problem. He installed the new door opener and then gave some brief instructions on the functioning of the new opener. The tech also tuned up the door. Good job!
