This is the second time I have used Precision to service my garage door. The first time was when I first moved into my home and the garage door was not closing properly. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem (the rails were not in alignment) and corrected it very quickly. This time mice had chewed through the rubber striping at the bottom of the door.
