We love our new garage door opener, it is so quiet and of better quality then what we had. The old one was driven by chain, wore out and the door fell almost hitting me, it was indeed time for a new one. Tony was here two hours early, which is AWESOME, and fixed brackets that were coming off my door and not obviously allowing the door to open. Works like new. From the time when we called Precision Door after the spring broke ad we could not open and my wife's care was stuck in the Garage and the Technician arrived was approximately three hours. The technician took less than 1/2 an to fix the and then less than 1/2 hour to replace all the moving parts. We had purchased the door over ten years ago and the parts needed replacing. The owner is very rude begins to speak to people as if they were stupid and doesn't take the time to clarify what was done what was it done what you're being billed for. Would not recommend the service to anybody.

Last year I spent 6,000 with this company on 3 garage doors. I raised my ceiling 2 feet and needed longer hangers to reattach 1 of the garage door railings/tracks. I was charged 150.00 for 1/2 hr of work and a couple dollars worth of material! Seems a little high after spending all the money on the doors.
