I needed to see what could be done for our garage door that is about 25 yrs old and has lived a good life, but now needs a replacement. Ryan was scheduled to be at our home and arrived right on time. He evaluated the door, gave me an estimate which was very reasonsble, made a temporary fix till the new door is installed. I would recommend Precision Doors as a 5 star company. Will do a follow-up after the door is installed. Based on the experience so far a great company and Ryan is the best.

I called in the morning when my garage door stopped working. I got an appointment in the afternoon and when the technician knew he would be late, due to work on another job, he called me to reschedule, called when on the way and again when he was 15 minutes away. That is customer service! In addition he quickly found and fixed the problem and identified it as a warranty issue. We will be calling this company next spring when we upgrade the other garage door.

Gary Lang called and said he was a little early for the appointment and we told him to come on up. We lost our 2 door openers and wanted a new set of openers and keypad modification. He explained for security the new openers worked on a revolving combination. He set our system to receive the openers and explained how to use the openers. He even replaced a light bulb in the overhead garage unit. He was very pleasant and told us that if we have any trouble to call. The whole operation took about 30 minutes. The problem was worse than anticipated but the serviceman diagnosed it quickly and had the parts to do the repair on the spot. The repairman was informative and friendly. Did a quick and efficient job, obviously knew what he was doing. We are satisfied it was done well.

I needed a roller and the door rehung on rails. Instead, tech recommended overhaul with new rollers, replacement hinge, and two new springs to replace old single spring. Package was a little expensive at $600, but he discouted the service fee and threw in the hinge for free. Door works great and now fairly quiet. Tech was friendly and skilled. Lifetime warranty and great service. Recommend these guys for sure.

I chose Precision when my garage door opener quit working on a cold Sunday in January, because it said 24-hour service daily! The service man came right out, and had to install a new one! They stand by their warranty, and I recommend them every chance I can!!!

Sierra was extremely helpful-answering all my questions with patience & professionalism. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Gary Lang. He was early for his appointment (usually service people are late which is so annoying!). He explained everything before he started and after completion. He did not try to sell me something I did not want or could not afford. He listened, was patient, thorough and such a professional. He is truly an asset to your company. I will most definitely be a repeat customer and proudly give referrals.
