The spring busted on my garage door. The door would not open so my car was trapped in the garage. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and they could come out with in the hour. I was given several options on the repair. They explained everything clearly so that I was not confused about what needed to be done. (That's important for a single woman that has no clue about garage doors.) Gary was efficient and cleaned up everything. I was very pleased.

6 Stars!! When the spring broke on my garage door, I knew I needed to secure service quickly. Your website, with its informative videos, professional appearance and 24/7 service quickly got my attention. Within 24 hours Rudy arrived with his cheerful smile and efficient knowledge. Along with the door repair, Rudy explained the improved rollers (sealed bearings)which I chose to do. I inquired for a replacing of the bottom seal, and Rudy went above and beyond to assure the new seal was a good tight fit when closed-especially at the corners. I live in a rural area, so this is important with the variety of nature looking for shelter! I enjoyed visiting with Rudy about his family, camping, how long he has worked with you, and the best pizza in the region right here in Edgewood! We needed fast service because a spring broke and they came early the next morning. I feel they went the extra mile and am very happy with the way my door is working now. I called Precision Door Service because they would come out right away on a Sunday and I would not have to take the day off work to supervise the repair. We rate this service 5 Star. We had a broken garage door spring at 2pm and called Precision. They scheduled a repair service tech for between 3 and 5pm that afternoon. Ryan our tech arrived within the hour. Our garage door mechanism and opener were over 20 years old. We asked Ryan if after replacing the springs we could make an appointment to have a new opener installed. He had a new opener already in his truck and called the office to get approval to use it. By 5pm that afternoon we had new garage spring mechanism and a new opener operational. We were provided with excellent, timely and professional service.

Rudy was on time, friendly, was able to diagnose my problem quickly. I actually thought I did not have a problem, and was just humoring my wife! But he found an actual problem, and we needed a new motor/assembly. He installed the new drive in 30 minutes flat! Precision door service was there when I needed them. My spring broke and I needed repair ASAP. I called for an appointment and they had a technician at my house within two hours of the call. Rudy the lead technician was able to replace the broken spring and service my garage door (which needed some care) and complete the job in less than two hours. Rudy was great to deal with and very professional. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that needs this type of service!

I discovered I had a broken torsion spring. I called Precision on Sunday night. I actually got a real person on the phone - on Sunday night. She was very courteous and efficient. She set me up for an appointment on Monday, the next day. She explained the service charge. We are about 50 miles from the company. She answered all my questions. I also used their chat service on their website and got immediate response to my additional questions. Monday Rudy called about 30 minutes before his scheduled appointment time (a 2 hour window). He arrived about 5 minutes before the early part of the 2 hour range). He examined the garage door and lift, and although it was easy to see the broken spring, he listened intently and patiently to my explanations and questions. After he checked everything out he gave me 3 options with quotes, and explained all the details and answered all of my questions. ( 3 options - 1) get the door working (would have to replace springs, and 90 day warranty) - 2) replace springs and one or 2 bearings - 1 year warranty, 3) complete overhaul of all moving parts (all bearings, new springs, new rollers, lubricate and checkout everything with lifetime warranty ). I chose the complete overhaul and am glad I did, the garage door and everything but the lift is 20 years old. Rudy then asked me to move my car out of the garage so he could get to work. (we had been away for about 1 month and the car had been sitting idle in the garage - of course it wouldn't start). Rudy helped me get the car started, and we got it out of the garage, so Rudy to get to work. In less than 40 minutes, Rudy was finished, and we went over what he did. He explained everything in detail. He had to fix some of the brackets and hinges on the door, he had to move the shaft over, so the new bearings would sit on smooth part of shaft. He also checked out all remotes ( I had one the wouldn't program, which he fixed and explained to me what needed to be done), and the keypad. The door now moves smoothly and quietly. And I have a lifetime transferrable warranty on all moving parts, except the opener which had been replaced recently. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again, and will highly recommend to all friends and neighbors!!! Rudy was great.
