The spring broke on our old door, rendering it inoperable. I was able to make an appointment for same day service and Lorenzo arrived right on schedule, was most efficient, polite and courteous. In addition to quickly replacing the spring and getting the door up and working, Lorenzo covered all the problems that exist with my old door and gave me a very fair and complete estimate for a new door installation. Within a week, I'll have my new door.

Company was on their game from the start. Excellent initial call and engagement gave strong sense of responsibility and reliability. They E-mailed the appointment schedule. Company representative called in advance of arrival and arrived ahead of schedule. Gary was competent and knowledgeable as well as prepared to do a major tune-up on a door about to tear itself out its tracks. Gary knew exactly what was wrong and fixed all problems in short order. Courteous, professional, and well organized. Having worked in construction for a number of years I recognize quality workmanship and professional bearing. This company charges fairly and appropriately and does not waste your time. All costs and procedures were made clear before proceeding. You get your money's worth in a timely fashion.

Fast service and couldn't be happier with the job done. The old opener was here when we bought the house and it was mfg. in 2002 so that was pretty good. It was noisy for the last few years but the new opener is very quiet and has more features than the old one and all safety features work as they should. Also got an outside keypad that we didn't have before so that's nice to have if needed and it is still has security features build in. Gary was our tech and nothing but professional and completely capable with the job at hand, fast and did a great install and covered all of the operation and features of the new unit. Learned a long time ago you get what you pay for, especially in New Mexico.

We had a new garage door installed. The workers were professional, efficient, and coordinated. They worked well together and were most polite. The installation was completed in good time, they cleaned up the area after when the work was completed and they carried off the old garage door. I was most satisfied with the installation.

It's a real pleasure to deal with a technician who takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

David arrived a little early along with a second installer who had been in the area and had time to help out. David, as the lead installer, was very informative and professional. He did the 25 point inspection and found a broken sprocket in my old Lift-Master's motor that accounted for the fact that often the door would stop and reverse itself half way through getting back down. And the rollers, that were original with the system installed in 1994 were very worn. He explained my options: a low cost option just replacing the old Life-Master lifter with the Precision model; and a higher cost option called "Whisper Package" which added new rollers. I chose the Whisper Package because the noise had become very annoying. They went to work and finished the installation in just under an hour. He helped me re-set my pin number on the keypad, showed me how to use the remote control for my car and answered all my questions. found them as Super Service Award Winners on Angie's list for 2015 and they were able to work me in the very next day after I called. The phone reps were very nice and when I discovered that I needed to change my appointment from early morning to mid-afternoon, they were able to make that change with no problem. I would definitely recommend them.
