Fast service and couldn't be happier with the job done. The old opener was here when we bought the house and it was mfg. in 2002 so that was pretty good. It was noisy for the last few years but the new opener is very quiet and has more features than the old one and all safety features work as they should. Also got an outside keypad that we didn't have before so that's nice to have if needed and it is still has security features build in. Gary was our tech and nothing but professional and completely capable with the job at hand, fast and did a great install and covered all of the operation and features of the new unit. Learned a long time ago you get what you pay for, especially in New Mexico.

David arrived a little early along with a second installer who had been in the area and had time to help out. David, as the lead installer, was very informative and professional. He did the 25 point inspection and found a broken sprocket in my old Lift-Master's motor that accounted for the fact that often the door would stop and reverse itself half way through getting back down. And the rollers, that were original with the system installed in 1994 were very worn. He explained my options: a low cost option just replacing the old Life-Master lifter with the Precision model; and a higher cost option called "Whisper Package" which added new rollers. I chose the Whisper Package because the noise had become very annoying. They went to work and finished the installation in just under an hour. He helped me re-set my pin number on the keypad, showed me how to use the remote control for my car and answered all my questions. found them as Super Service Award Winners on Angie's list for 2015 and they were able to work me in the very next day after I called. The phone reps were very nice and when I discovered that I needed to change my appointment from early morning to mid-afternoon, they were able to make that change with no problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Gary came on a Sunday morning to repair a broken spring. Appointment time was at 8 am. He called at 7:45 to say he was on the way and arrived just before 8. I am having remodeling done at the house so the garage is filled with pallets of material and you can hardly move in it. Gary worked around all the obstacles and had the repair done in a little less than 45 minutes. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to solve the problem. Gary was very professional and personable, I will recommend him to any one who needs garage door help.
