Fantastic customer experience! We called this morning and got an appointment for this afternoon. Rudy was early and called to see if that was okay. He came and explained our options thoroughly to us; we decided on the spot and he had our new (and amazingly quiet and smooth) garage door opener installed in 30 minutes. After a great tutorial on the system, we were up and running. Rudy was friendly, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Will recommend Precision without reservation and will use them again when the need arises. Thank you!
