First my overall rating is 5 stars. Rudy came and did a great job the on the estimate a few days. Today Ruben and his assistant did a great job and completed the garage door replacement and installation of the new door in less than 2 hours. They arrived right on time and all three technicians, during the two visits, were very professional and extremely courteous. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing maintenance or replacement of their garage doors. Thanks again for the excellent service. Renny Rozzoni Albuquerque, NM

Gary came to help us out with our garage door as a part of our Home Warranty coverage. He was fast and friendly and within an hr and a half had a new garage door opener installed along with new rollers and approval from our home warranty company! He was courteous and kind and did an excellent job explaining what he did and making sure I understood how to operate my equipment and the differences from my previous machine. I definitely recommend Precision Door Service for your needs.

Our garage door spring broke Saturday evening, I took to the internet in search of a garage door repair company, I found Precision Door Service. I placed a call to Precision Door Service, within 5 minutes they had us scheduled for Sunday. The technician Robert arrived promptly at 10:00 am, he went right to work assessing the damage, and after the assessment we were given three options for the repair. Robert was very courteous, very knowledgeable about the work to be performed; he answered our question about the repair. We pick an option and about 30 later minutes the door was repaired. Precision Door Service is a company that know how to take care of their customers, I can highly recommend Precision Door Service for your garage door repair.

Our technician was Gary and he was prompt, professional and courteous. He replaced our Genie opener/remotes with the Precision product. He walked us through everything he did to make sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions. Along with replacing the opener, he installed a remote pad and provided two new remotes. The door runs smooth and quiet now! We are very pleased. Thank you, Gary!
